Nice and convenient with no hassles for mailing things. Never knew about it until living for three years already!

No one goes to it so it's perfect. Great place to get passports. Simple. Effective. Love the hidden jewel. It's quaint. Does the job tho.

Well. Look at that. The post office has given an expensive book of mine to someone else, because it…read moresays delivered, but isn't in my box. If this were the 1st time, I'd be understanding. But *at least* once a month, they lose something of mine and I normally get screwed over. This time it's a very expensive book. If I don't get it back, someone will be compensating me for it. Are you hiring people with diminished mental capacity? Idk how they manage to consistently screw up. Took nearly 7 months to get my box rekeyed. This post office is ridiculous.

He has very bad customer service and has a very apparent "I hate my job" attitude. He is not pleasant to interact with and once raised his voice at me when I suggested stepping to the side so he can help another customer while I quickly resolved my bank declining my purchase at the post office due to thinking the purchase was fraud. Today I had a bad experience with another male employee. I was sending off an important document and specifically asked for Priority Mailing with tracking. The teller checked me out and when I looked at my receipt after our interaction, my document was sent as First Class Mail and I was given no tracking number as requested. I go to this post office because it's closest to my residence but I think I'm going to start going to a different one just to receive better service. Shame on you guys.

Remember the post office has got several handicaps for staffing. All of the post offices managers…read moreand supervisors get bonuses if they cut back the number of hours that their frontline employees are working and get additional bonuses if the number of overtime hours are under their allocation. So if you have to stand along the line sometime remember it's not the front line people that are causing the problem. From the postmaster general to all supervisors get bonuses and perks. The other handicap has been handed them by a federal law that says that they must pay for their retirement costs including retirement health care in advance. So this makes them lose money every year. The eventual goal is to try to privatize the post office and sell off the most profitable part of it to corporate cronies. So you should know those couple of facts before you really give and evaluation however having said that this particular post office is a really clean modern place with great customer service. They have the typical things that were post offices have I also have a nice selection of little bigger boxes that you can buy and they have a really nice big card selection for that one card that you might need. I was happy with the attention and service I got every time I've been to this post office.

Came for Passport Services not shopping/mailing…read more Arrived at 1pm as requested on my appointment (which is 15 minutes ahead of appt as requested). Walked in, excited (passport time! Yay!)-- was immediate snapped at and finger pointed back out the door to sign in on a clipboard. Whoops! Ok... no way of knowing that, but nbd. So I signed in and came back in to sit and wait. Was again snapped out to go wait outside. There weren't any seats and my leg is injured, so I asked if I could sit on the bench. I got a big, impatient NO! And was pointed back out the door. I was honestly very put off by my first impression, but once they called me in for my turn, I felt like they were very friendly and helpful. It turns out the inside is really sensitive area because of the info being processed-- so they don't want anyone waiting in there-- but there's really not any kind of signage clarifying that, so all day they are having to redirect people out of the room. That would be exhausting for anyone! So for anyone planning to visit-- don't let the awkwardness of the check in process throw you. Once they are helping you, they are quite friendly! Maybe just hearing that ahead of time will save someone else from getting upset.

We sat for over 2 hrs almost as if he was purposefully we signed in at 1005 he took appointments all while we sat there with much time in between! Tried to speak to a supervisor Shelia and she was unavailable as well there's no help the post office worker I talk to in the front with ear gages was completely rude and explained that they take breaks in the middle of work they will stop what they are doing and take a break no matter the line I doubt the passport office had that many breaks back to back!
