I was in the area for a dentist appointment, and this was conveniently located, so I stopped in to send a box to my sister. The line moved quickly. I was shocked to hear it was over 30.00 to send a box to Pennsylvania. They had told me it would be more than 70.00 if I were to send via the post office. I find that very hard to believe, but I shipped it anyway. Hopefully it arrives when it's supposed to. The store is a bit hard to find as it's off to the right end of the strip mall. read more

Subject: Misuse of Operations & Store Resources by Employee Jose C. at Store #3350 I am writing to formally report an employee, Jose C., at the 7850 N Silverbell Rd (Ste 114) location in Tucson/Marana. This individual is actively misusing store shipping services, company time, and the retail location to conduct a hostile personal vendetta. This employee has repeatedly used store resources to mail personal items--including deliberately destroyed property--to my home address. This is a blatant abuse of a corporate franchise's retail operations. Furthermore, by intentionally engineering repetitive shipments back and forth, Jose C. is directly forcing UPS delivery drivers to waste valuable time, energy, and fuel executing hostile personal deliveries twice. The logistics network exists to serve paying customers efficiently, not to subsidize an employee's personal grievances. Using this specific store as a platform for harassment reflects incredibly poorly on the brand and is a massive waste of company infrastructure and driver labor. I strongly urge the franchise owner and management team to audit Jose C.'s conduct and usage of store accounts and shipping systems immediately. read more

Conveniently located in the strip mall. I can't believe how quickly and professionally Jose handled the long line of patrons. I needed to make a deadline before the last pickup and the long line of patrons were handled in less than 10 minutes. I haven't mailed anything in a few months but this place was slightly pricey compared to the post office. One must pay for convenience. read more

They are just always rude at this location. Because they put '#' instead of 'apt' I had to repay to have my package shipped. Everybody should be trained on this if it is a known issue. With a recent amazon return, I received a lecture without the worker even letting me speak. The most unpleasant staff. read more

I really don't use this service other than to return packages to Amazon. Staff is always nice. It's usually pretty quick returning packages. Good location for me rather than driving to Kohl's and having to walk through the store. read more

I went in to drop off 2 Amazon returns. Jeraldine was the cashier. I realize it was confusing to her because I had two packages and one of them I need an envelope. But she was very rude before any of this happened. As I was giving her the QR codes to scan she kept getting upset because it was the same one. She kept arguing with me when I said she was rude. Who does that, she says we have cameras so she can't be rude. She Should not be around the public. As soon as Jerldine is no longer working there, I may consider coming back. read more

They delete reviews to make their store seem better or like they actually care, ups just sucks plus they don't make sense at all, deliver to store by 7pm, store closes at 6? How does that make any sense read more

I paid to have something packed and sent to myself while out of town. When I received the package at home parts were missing out of the box and the items that were in the box were not packaged correctly. Both items were damaged. When I try to report the damage by phone I get a recording telling me to report online or call the store directly. The number it gives me to contact the store is the number I called and got the computer. It will not let you speak to a human. When I try to report it online I get halfway through the process and when I hit continue it says there was a problem. Try again later. I have sent 2 messages through the contact us link on the site leaving my phone number and after several days no response. I guess they don't honor theirs guarantee. read more

I needed documents notarized and I also needed to bring along 2 witnesses. I called the store yesterday to verify the hours that the notary works. I spoke to "Zack". Zack told me that the notary works M-F between 10 and 4. Zack said I did not need an appointment. When I showed up today, Zack told me "The notary will not be here today.". I told Zack that I didn't appreciate his misinformation. He didn't just inconvenience me, he inconvenienced my 2 witnesses. read more

The staff are rude and they charge way too much for everything. I needed a lable printed which I had sent them via email. For them to walk 5 feet and push print, and 1 piece of paper to print the label on, they charged me $3.00. I will never use UPS for anything again, the greedy bastards. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Make sure your packages are taped!!! Clerk wanted to charge me 1.99 for a lousy strip of tape needed to seal my package. I asked if that was for the whole roll. Nope. Just the 20 inches I needed. So I asked him how much it would be for the entire roll. He told me I would have to go look on the shelf myself. It was 4.99. I then asked him if he would consider just giving me the strip of tape. He told me no, because then he would have to do the same for everyone who asks. I just think it's ridiculous to charge that much for such a small amount of material. If you do the math based on a minimum 60 yard roll of tape you will see how UPS stands to make over $200 in profit for every single roll they go through that they nickel and dime you for. Bad business. lousy customer service. read more

Wow, this place has really gone down hill. Andy is the best but over the last few months the manager, Monica has been there more and she is the opposite of lovely to deal with. I've been to the location more than 10 times over the last few months and Monica has been there each time. Between yelling at the staff, customers, and being in a generally sour mood, I am definitely going to take my business elsewhere. As someone who rarely gives 1 stars, the consistent bad service has prompted me to write one. This pains me, especially since I love Andy so much! Andy is still the owner so I inquire to him to either provide more training to Monica or rid this location of her terrible leadership. read more

I have used this place a lot in the past and found them to be very helpful and efficient. I had to go there recently to drop off a prepaid package. I called first to see if there was some sort of curbside drop off but was told I would have to bring the package inside. When I got there I was surprised there was no attempt to limit the number of people inside the very small space. I was also surprised that none of the staff were wearing masks. Since the purpose of masks is to protect others I would think this would be a positive statement for the business to make to their customers. And requiring employees to wear masks would tell them that their employers were concerned about their wellbeing. Maybe businesses need to rethink the messages they are sending particularly the ones that are fortunate enough to be open. read more

My package was NOT delivered to my home, although the driver indicated it was. In investigating, the supervisor (RICK) said it was delivered to a "building 12".There is no such building on my property NOR was that a number in my address! "Rick" said he'd call me later that day AND get my package redelivered to me TODAY. It was NOT nor did he call me. SO I will ONCE AGAIN be calling corporate in Georgia and filing a formal complaint because at this point, I'm sick and tired of being lied to by the inept "supervisors" at UPS. This whole rotten experience makes me want to NEVER use an online business that ships UPS. read more

We got the email that 2 chairs are at the UPS location and signed by MsTough. We drove from our new home 3 hours away and got one chair from the UPS store. The order says that the other chair is in the store (and signed for from MsTough), but they haven't processed the boxes from today yet so they won't look for the second chair. They looked and found the first chair but wouldn't look for the other. I got to drive back 3hrs and wait for them to call me or hope that I give them another week to process my other chair? UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY. read more

I just wanted to say a big Thank You to Jacob & Carlos!!! They are hard worker's, always friendly. They remembered my box # after going in just a few times. Jacob is always friendly and has a great attitude even though they may be busy. I can tell he always has a smile on his face even though he may be wearing a mask.I've mainly dealt with Jacob, but Carlos has a great attitude too. They both are very accommodating , especially at this busy time of the year. Kudos to you both. read more

This is one of the best UPS Stores I have been to. We were shipping ourselves some items we purchased over the holidays back to our house so we didn't have to pay through our extra luggage. The owner was so helpful in the process. Wish we lived in town - as most stores are not the same experience. read more
