This company works all across the U.S., they have seasoned professionals that specialize in various areas of expertise. One thing I learned is when you are putting together a business plan, DO NOT hire a generalist, you need someone who specializes in the specific professional area you are working in. I came to Cayenne with a good business plan, but I had inflated financials that could have ruined my credibility with potential buyers. Cayenne reviewed my financials for free under a nondisclosure( privacy agreement), assessed what the business plan needed, and gave me an estimate, and the time frame of completion. After they corrected the financials in my business plan, I then came back to them for coaching on learning how to talk about the financials in my business plan to investors. So I not only had a great business plan, but the knowledge to really break it down. All coaching was done over the phone, I taped coaching sessions thru free on line conferencing and within a month I became a "know nothin" to a "know it all" in restaurant financials where I could assess the numbers in not only my business plan, but other business plans as well. I highly recommend this company, because you will get some straight forward answers from seasoned professionals that have been working in specialty fields for over 10 and 25 years! They are not about stringing along projects to take your money! I normally try and hire consultants in town, but Cayenne was an exception and although my consultant Jimmy Lewin (THE BEST) was in Arizona I felt like he was my next door neighbor. Most of their babysitters were young without much experience, some were just flat incompetent, others were rude...etc. there were only a couple of ladies who did a good job like you'd expect from a nanny. If the kids argued, a lot of the babysitters just stood there or complained. They didn't know how to handle the situation. But siblings fight. Shouldn't the babysitter know how to handle that? Also if your child is a bit different, you will be judged for it, so be ready for that. Kids aren't the same, they are different, but this company and their employees don't seem to understand that. If you use them just once or twice you'll be fine. If you use them regularly or longer term you will have problems with this company and their employees. If we ever brought up concerns with them, the owners/ managers disregarded our issues and took no accountability for anything. Communication from them was very poor. Overall we had a very negative experience with this company and there is no way we can recommend them to take care of children. They claim to be premier but they really aren't. They just think they are and charge a lot of money for subpar services.

The night seemed rushed. The couple seemed to be stressed out and did not know what to do next. I saw not one person offering them assistance which prompted me to later ask the couple if they had a wedding planner. They said the venue provided a planner but did not have any guidance which matched what I witnessed during my experience. Next, during the toasts champagne were passed out. At the time I was breastfeeding my one month old and had a four year old with me. I, and my four year old, were poured champagne. I got up and walked over to a server and asked for the cider (i knew was there because the bride and groom confirmed prior to the wedding) and was told they aren't sure there's any left. I asked the mother of the groom and she said there's no way they ran out which promoted the server to FINALLY go check. Lastly, I noticed they were cleaning up the decorations on the tables around 10:30. I asked a server if the wedding was over and we were getting kicked out and she responded with "we like to clean up early". When I picked up my scrub pants which were 4 pair she matched the color thread so well and noticed impeccable stitching. Now I understand why she would charge more for original hem because it is difficult color to line up as well as the slits etc... but do not regret my decision. I am excited to find such talented seamstress so close to me, and cleaners when I need. Very good quality work, there was some broken Korean- English which I felt comfortable that she and I were both on same page.
