This place was awesome I found a job in 2 days and found a great long lasting job the reviews that…read moreare less then 1 are lying this agency is one of the best in Tucson and a life savor I strongly recommend this place!

They are all talk and no action. I only was given 1 job lead…read moreand nothing after that. I informed them I felt they weren't helping me what so ever and was told to apply at a childcare. Tina made it seem like they would help and yet it had been a month and I have yet to hear from them. Not even a check in email or call like I was told. I would never recommend using them. Your beat bet is to use Indeed and not waste your time using them. All talk no action. I had to do all the foot work even applying for jobs on their website and was told I wasn't qualified enough to apply. I don't know how one who bas a degree isn't qualified enough when many of their jobs were entry level... doesn't require a whole lot... One lady I talked to in the HR department who was rude in her email interactions. Tina also told me to send my resume to her and I did, and she still hasn't even looked over it. Overall, the worse experience I have ever had. You will be told they will help you find jobs and it's all left up to you, they will say they will help you find a job and when you do your part in finding a job, and your overqualified, they reject your application. They claim they want to empower women yet they have no shown that in their interactions.

I normally don't leave reviews, but my hope is that even if one or hundreds of people read this…read morethey will find relief to their financial struggles... find that light at the end of the tunnel. I would hands down recommend Wayne Mortensen to anyone in search of a bankruptcy attorney. In fact, I have referred several family members to him. He is friendly, personable, knowledgeable & trustworthy. I always thought, as I am sure many people do, that I never thought I'd be in the position to have to file bankruptcy. But you never know what the future holds. My husband lost his job 2 weeks after getting married, which is devastating no matter where you are in your life. After 7 months of unemployment he finally got a job and we thought, "Ok, we can finally catch up on bills." Then he was laid off a couple months later which was followed by several more months of unemployment. By this time we had creditors calling non stop not only to our phones, but our parents and then they called our work.... which I can tell you was quite embarrassing. This was our last straw, we needed to do something. We were recommended to Wayne Mortensen and later that week we had a FREE consultation with him. Prior to seeing him we weren't quite sure what filing bankruptcy all entailed, but Mr. Mortensen was able to answer all of our questions and further educate us in the process. As far as his fees, I found them quite fair considering we were looking at getting rid of a considerable amount of debt. Not only was Mr. Mortensen pleasant to work with, but his staff made the process of filing bankruptcy a lot less stressful. I am sure Mr. Mortensen is a busy man. If he wasn't available to ask questions to I could refer them to his staff, they seem to be pretty knowledgeable themselves. And if they were unsure of an answer to my questions they would leave a message for Mr. Mortensen who in turn was able to return my call in a timely manner. I must admit that starting the process did seem intimidating and overwhelming (at first) but once I gathered all my documents I was able to sit down and fill out the information they needed in no time. It actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. After turning in the documents they requested I was able to come back to review my final documents in preparation for actually filing the bankruptcy. Our case filed about a week after. Then, about a month or so later we had our Court hearing where Mr. Mortensen was there with us. Let me tell you this hearing is nothing to worry, stress or lose sleep over. My paralegal was very informative in letting me know what to expect at this meeting, and what happens next. After filing bankruptcy I have to say there was a huge sense of relief knowing that things will get better as well as knowing that I was in good hands with a knowledgeable attorney who knew what he was doing. All in all we had a great experience with Mr. Mortensen & his firm and I will continue to refer people to him. Don't hesitate to give him a call. Like I said before they offer a free consultation, I mean what do you have to loose? Seriously... call him!
