5 star review for the completion of my will, medical directive, and poa. I recommend for the thorough completiion of my needs.

My husband died on March 1, 2024. Called AZ Statewide Paralegal to ask a SIMPLE, QUICK question. Assistant said Shannon Trezza would call me back 2x; no call! Just came from another attorney's office -- a real attorney -- estate planning only. There were errors he found in our revocable trust. Now it will cost me $4K to fix. Sloppy work; typos galore; promises not kept. AVOID! Not only am I dealing with grief, but now another bill. read more

Divorce They do not give full information. Example to split a 401 they don't include the qdro and don't tell u u.need it. You ask them why they don't tell you about it and why don't file it you get no answer except we don't do it read more

It takes some patience but they will get it done. If they ever get an employee who cares, they are gonna go far

If I could leave negative stars I would do so. I had a deed drafted and recorded by the company a few months ago and it was great. This time, I paid an upfront fee and have heard nothing. My client has travelled out of the country and the delay has caused irreparable harm. I have left several messages, e-mail and voicemail and have heard nothing. I will be reporting fraud to my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! read more

Az Statewide paralegal did an awesome job with my LLC. I really appreciate their attention to detail and timely turnaround. I have since used them for several other services and they always take excellent care of me. read more

I needed to get some property transferred out of my sister's name who had passed away suddenly in Arizona. Living in Louisiana I was a little skeptical about how to go about it from such a long way away. I spoke to Eileen who was extremely helpful in explaining the process and how to go about it. The documents were emailed to me the following week and I was able to use a mobile notary that I found locally. I mailed the documents back to AZ Statewide and they took care of everything for me. I can't say enough good things about this company. Thank you for all of your help. read more

I experienced A LOT of problems with them. I wasn't going to leave a review, but my last conversation was VERy upsetting. 1st, they left out several parts I specified to be included in the divorce decree or custody arrangements. if they had done this once, I wouldn't;t have been upset, but it happened after a second email as well. 2nd they tried to charge me for their mistakes. 3rd the final paperwork, TO BE TURNED INTO THE COURTS had the wrong case number on all of the paperwork. My options were to get knew paperwork sent to me, that I could print off and get notarized... OR to white every document out myself. 4th when I pointed out that I paid over $800 for all these services, yet had to fix everything myself, the response was. Well, Sorry, thats all we can do. Instead of offering financial partial refund for wasting my time. read more

Poor customer service when something unexpected happens you can't track you representative or talk to her. They will dodge your calls and make up excuses why they can't talk to you. read more

I came to this group to get help with a guardianship for my autistic son. They got me in the same day for my appointment. The paperwork was done and filed for me and I was so thrilled when the Judge told me how well I did for doing this myself. I was so grateful that my case went so smoothly. Thank you AZ paralegal. read more

Great communications and follow-through at a fair price. All done in a timely manner.

Many items that we had talked about were left off my final draft of a will. Trying to correct this, it was difficult to reach anyone. Very unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest. read more

Not only are they insulting here, but they are also incompetent and charged me twice the price posted on the website for a simple trust that wasn't even done correctly. I asked them not to put the house in a quitclaim and told them it should go into the trust but they ignored me and now I have to pay an attorney to fix their mess. Just writing an update since AZ Statewide Paralegal decided to respond to my review more than THREE AND A HALF YEARS after it was originally written. While it seems AZ Statewide Paralegal has no issue describing personal legal details while attempting to refute user reviews, I still stand that I am more knowledgeable regarding the details of their interactions with both my ex-husband and myself. No more updates from me, although I'm sure they would wait another 3+ years to respond anyways. Bottom Line: You get what you pay for. read more

I started my divorce paper with AZ Statewide Paralegal service which I will not recommend because they treat you in a condescending matter, they rush you and are unreasonably pricy. They charged me $280 to prepare the Quick Claim Deed (QCD) paper and they were not supportive to assist with the consent decree paper. They refunded the money after I complained, and they made my divorce more difficult than it should have been. Filing divorce was stressful and emotional enough that adding a stress from a paralegal service was not helpful. I found a different paralegal service that helped me a lot more and was more affordable. This office is on 4011 E. Broadway #300, Tucson read more

The manager of this place is unprofessional, ignorant, and childish as they come. I had a comment removed from here before because she was totally unprofessional about our buiness dealings and I was honest and explained everything that happened. But its all explained on the Better something-B Bureau site. 7 months later she's lying to them about what happened, no dates, no details, all lies. This is just like how it is doing business with her. I'd avoid this place at all costs. I've seen the other reviews. I know i'm not the only one. This lady doesn't know what she's doing. She's just spends all of her time defending her horrible actions from pretending to have a clue what she's doing. Then when you call her out on it and demand to speak to her, she hides behind her assistant. Your actions are what cause your reviews. When will you learn? And why is yelp allowing you to delete? I'll keep commenting everyday if I have to. You waited 7 months and wouldn't let it drop. read more

I wish there was a negative star review as this company doesn't even deserve one star. Warning, do not waste your money or time with this company! We hired Shannon Trezza to do a Revocable Family Trust. She informed us that she would not be able to give us legal advice which we were fine with. (I was, however, expecting to be able to have her answer questions about the document she prepared for us as in my mind this is different than asking for legal advice.) We met with her for about an hour and she had us answer basic questions and she collected the $811.00 fee up front. It seemed like she was just gathering information to fill into template. (In fact, the original document she emailed to us, had some of the previous person's data still left in the template.) The documents were emailed to us and quite a few them had a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo that made it hard to understand. (I was recently a co trustee on my mother's 70 page living trust and had no problems understanding that document.) I was surprised about how confusing the documents were. I called the number listed on the business card and Miranda answered the phone. I told her I had some questions about the documents that were prepared with the expectation that we could make an appointment with Shannon (who prepared the documents) to sit down and go over the questions we had. Miranda said they don't do that and that I could ask her simple questions and she repeated 10 times (in a 2 minute time frame) that they can't give me legal advice. (It seemed weird to me that she kept repeating it.) I didn't need legal advice, I just needed to have have them explain what the documents said. I had quite a few questions about the many of the documents that were prepared and speaking to a person over the phone that didn't even prepare the documents was really poor customer service. I persisted and finally spoke with Shannon by email. She also kept hounding that she couldn't give me legal advice. Again, I didn't want legal advice. I just wanted the person that prepared the documents to tell me what they actually meant. She stated that she could answer a very simple question but couldn't interpret the document for us. She wasn't willing to explain what they meant because according to her, that's giving us legal advice. I wasn't comfortable signing legal documents that I don't understand so we had to start all over and find someone else. We wasted $811.00 with this company and I would never recommend them to anyone else. Honestly, this company seems like they care about the money and not their customers. Shannon seems like she is trying to get the most amount from customers with the least amount of her time. My husband and I had some red flags going up the moment we met with Shannon. We should have listened to our gut instinct. Lesson learned for next time. We could have found the templates she used online and done it ourselves. We hired someone because we wanted to be able to have someone be able to answer questions we had. Again, we weren't asking her for advice on how we should handle our estate. It's a weird game they play on a play of words. If you want to actually get good customer service where you will actually understand the legal document you're going to put in place, do not use this company. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. After paying and signing and everything else they informed me I would have to write the legal description of what I am asking for in a divorce. Really? If I could do that I would not have had to hire them in the first place. Do not waste your time or money on this scam. read more

The response to my review from AZ Paralegal is NOT TRUE. They never sent me any documents until two days ago and delayed me when this became contested by not informing me until 7 days after the response was filed and they only did because I called them to complain that they sent my wife an extension 5 days after they initial time frame expired and they only then checked with the court to discover my wife had filed the response. I had to pay the court for a copy of the 8 page response as AZ Paralegal still has not done it. There "reply" to my review is "Damage control" , so readers will think that they performed as agreed, but they didn't and refused any refund as their "guarantee" states. read more

Professional, Caring and Efficient! I can't say enough good things about my experience with AZ Statewide Paralegal. Put the mouse down, you found 'em. This is your go-to place for wills, estates, probate, etc. Shannon and her team are quick, responsive, thorough, professional, and polite. Moreover, you will save a small fortune over using an attorney's office. My father was a resident of Arizona for half his life, while I've been a resident of California. It was tough when he passed, and while I had a rough idea of what probate would entail, it didn't matter. ASP took care of all the details, and for one low 'all-in' price. Thanks for making managing my father's estate so much easier!! read more
