They called, took their time talking with me, answered my questions prior to accepting the assignment. I enjoyed the assignment so well, I stayed for just over 2 years, until it ended. If there was ever an issue with anything, there was someone there to help get it get resolved (ie: payroll, questions, etc.). This was one of the best jobs I ever had. Enjoyed every day I worked. The first 6 months of the assignment, they would call to see how things were going at least once a month. They always made sure EVERYTHING was going well for me. This is probably the ONLY agency I would ever recommend working for in the Tucson area. While working for them, they offer some benefits. The medical benefit is a legit and good PPO (an HSA is also offered, if you want that option). They also have dental, vision, and life insurance available.

I've dealt with 5 different temp agencies in the past 15 years in Tucson. Most have been horrible,…read moreunresponsive and flat out lied about a position. They pull the whole bait and switch with "We have a job for you!" and when you go in they say sorry we have nothing, then never call you again. I figured this would be the case when this agency contacted me randomly after finding my resume on Indeed. The pay was outstanding, the job description was vague, the timeframe was also vague. It sounded too good to be true so I was definitely skeptical. I contacted them to give them the benefit of the doubt. I met with one of their headhunters on a Wednesday, interviewed on Friday and started on Monday. Since then any questions I have are answered within the day, everyone is super attentive and nice. I've gotten a few check ins here and there to make sure everything is still going good. They seems to genuinely care from the beginning to placement and afterwards. I hope I can work with them again in the future.

Once you apply, they call you, have you come in to fill out paper work, and interview with them like its urgent you get out to their clients. They tell you this story about how many jobs they have, and they want to get you out to work ASAP. You'll spend about an hour and a half doing their paper work and interviewing. Then they tell you they will process your application and start looking for work or interviews to send you. They post job adds on job sites almost daily. Don't bother calling them. I have called multiple times (once a week), I got the run around from them. Told they are still processing my application, and they will call me, once they find something for me. Then the story turns to the song and dance, "We are trying to match you up with the perfect client. When we find one WE WILL CALL YOU". In other words don't bother them. Other agencies ask that you call them once a week to check in but this place does not want to be bothered. I have responded to 2-3 jobs they have posted on their Website that would be perfect with my background and no calls from them even to acknowledge they are doing anything. They act like I am a bother when I tried to call them to follow up. Not sure if it is because I am a male or if the jobs they advertise are just "ghost adds" that don't really exist. Prior to me applying with this agency, someone told me this place won't do much of anything unless you are a MA or medical receptionist. I guess that rumor is true. They like to list billing jobs as "urgent" or "need ASAP". This is not true. Don't believe them, because chances are they wont call. They blow you off in a polite and professional manner. With my background, experience, and work history, I would have been able to make HRN and any of their clients happy. However, they don't want to give anyone the chance. I felt like an imposition when I called to check in and follow up. Not sure how they stay open, when all they do is collect your personal information and ignore you afterwards. It should be illegal for these agencies to post "Ghost ads", call you with a sense of urgency to get you in right away, and have you give them your personal info just to make some type of quota. These type of places waste time of those people who are ready, willing, and needing to get to work. I could have been at a real interview. Instead, I postponed it and went here, because they just had to see me so quickly... For nothing. Oh yes!! At the end of your initial visit, they tell you to call them if you find employment so they don't keep looking for a job for you. Really?!! They don't like talking to you when you call to be proactive in working with them.

Replying to your comment on my google review, since I cannot reply back there. Then why do you have…read moreso many bad reviews with the same bad stories? On either glassdoor or any other app, you have the worse reviews as a staffing agency. Maybe you have "successful" for your 30 years, but for what? To waste people's times? Do not tell me I do not have appropriate experience, because I applied to multiple jobs, not just yours, and got multiple offers on research, the field which I do not have "the right set of skills".

Robert Half

I used to regard Robert Half as a high quality agency to help those seeking jobs temporarily or…read morehoping to transition to permanent placement. Things sure have changed. They used to work to place you and even expressed to the applicant to contact them at least weekly. They would CALL me and update me on everything. If they were working on something, they would keep you updated, until you went to work for one of their clients. They also used to call periodically to check up to see if you are still in the job market. I used to stay in touch and even recommend them to those who were looking for work. Now they just don't bother with you. I got a call about over a month ago from one of the recruiters (Stephanie) who wanted to do a video interview for a couple of positions that might be of interest. After expressing possible interest in 1 job, but needed job description/details on it (which I was surprised; she had NONE). The recruiter said she would ask the client to provide something. I even expressed my interest in talking with them by phone or in person. I felt the interview went well and we would build a good relationship like I did with past recruiters. The recruiter asked me to email her my resume, which I did. After that, I heard nothing back. No phone call no email to confirm she received it... NOTHING. I sent a follow up email weeks afterward... NOTHING. Good agencies will try to build their relationship with good applicants and keep them informed, even if the client (employer) is not interested or the lead falls through. Not any more. I was ghosted. I have worked with this agency years back and was always treated with upmost respect and had a good reputation with them. Now the applicant isn't even worth the time. Today I get a call from the recruiter expressing her apology for not getting back in touch and informing me the client changed the job on her at the time I interviewed with her. Apology was not sincere (it took over a month to let me know this). I could also tell this because it was a load of vague excuses, and I could tell she was told to do it, because I had previously left a review on another site, which their corporate office reviews periodically. Even though I'm in the market right now, this experience has left me dissapointed at the lack of integrity and concern from this agency and recruiters they now employ. It's obvious there has been a change in leadership at this location, because it is not the place it used to be.

Robert Half completely ghosted me…read more First, I called and left two messages. Someone only called me back when I asked the receptionist if anyone was *ever* going to talk to me. I came in, in person, and filled out a ton of paperwork, I was interviewed by two people and they told me if I ever needed anything, to email them. I emailed them three times over the course of two months, and even called again today, and have heard nothing back. They have NEVER contacted me about employment, even after I applied through the website. They won't return my emails or my calls. What irks me is how employers or employment agencies get to treat potential employees. If I pulled this, just never contacted someone, I would forfeit my unemployment benefits if I was let go. But Robert Half gets to collect my paperwork and do absolutely nothing with it. How are they in business? They don't do *anything*.

I had a personal interview with a staff person who promised to send me the online information to fill out. After almost a week, I called her and she was irritated by my call and said she was out of the office. Leave her an email instead. I did. Eventually, I received the request. I find that she was very unprofessional in her behaviour, but very nice in an one on one personal chat. This online application took me 3 hours to do! Personally, I don't think they have any jobs to offer and are just marking time. Many years ago, I was a "Kelly girl (that's what they were called then) during a bad recession and got a fabulous temp job. I guess those days are gone.

You would have thought I was interrupting something. The person was rude and extremley unprofessional. I was immediately cut off when I asked if they had any jobs they might have available to send me and if I needed to take any assessment test. I offered to stop in if they would like to meet with me. I was told, "No! We dont need you to stop by, and if we get anything we will call you". I told the rude person I was responding to an add they listed on an employment Website. She said, "We'll call you if your qualified - Have a nice day!" Then she just hung up. They didn't even bother to look me up on their system or tak down my information. They just cut me off and over talked me; hung up on me! Gone are the days where these agencies actually try to help people find jobs. Gone are the days where these agencies want to speak with people with good skills and background. It's like they advertise for jobs that are not real. They didn't want to be bothered obviously. They don't even appreciate an applicant calling to express interest after signing up. Seems like the overall attitude with these agencies now days. It's about time someone like me actually starts letting people know how unfriendly and unprofessional Kelly Services staff are toward applicants. Not sure how a business like this operates with such staff. You must have to be angry and unprofessional to be an employee of this company. Unfortuneately, I dont have those qualities. I dont recommend this business for help. Use an employment service that will treat you professionally and express interest in you.
