Tina made it seem like they would help and yet it had been a month and I have yet to hear from them. Not even a check in email or call like I was told. I would never recommend using them. Your beat bet is to use Indeed and not waste your time using them. All talk no action. I had to do all the foot work even applying for jobs on their website and was told I wasn't qualified enough to apply. I don't know how one who bas a degree isn't qualified enough when many of their jobs were entry level... doesn't require a whole lot... One lady I talked to in the HR department who was rude in her email interactions. Tina also told me to send my resume to her and I did, and she still hasn't even looked over it. Overall, the worse experience I have ever had. You will be told they will help you find jobs and it's all left up to you, they will say they will help you find a job and when you do your part in finding a job, and your overqualified, they reject your application. They claim they want to empower women yet they have no shown that in their interactions.

Because of this offices mistake I was without a vehicle. This is UNACCEPTABLE. They don't update your address when you ask, they don't update your policies, I have no idea what they actually do? I have never been so disappointed. My mom worked for SF for 20 years, I've been very loyal to this company but this office ruined it. I've talked to Sabrina herself a few times and she claims she was "unaware" that any of this happened....I've talked to her twice? How are you "unaware"? What IS this office aware of? Because it doesn't seem like much. It seems as if it's their first day every time I talk to somebody in this office. Save yourself the headache and hassle. So I was set up with another writer, I missed my phone appt (work travel), then I was told too bad....that's all I get, I missed my appt so now now all they will do is have me email the info. So again....I would be writing all the information, that's not exactly an interview so they can get a feel for my job. Disappointed with their effort level and lack of concern for a paying customer.
