I had to do all the foot work even applying for jobs on their website and was told I wasn't qualified enough to apply. I don't know how one who bas a degree isn't qualified enough when many of their jobs were entry level... doesn't require a whole lot... One lady I talked to in the HR department who was rude in her email interactions. Tina also told me to send my resume to her and I did, and she still hasn't even looked over it. Overall, the worse experience I have ever had. You will be told they will help you find jobs and it's all left up to you, they will say they will help you find a job and when you do your part in finding a job, and your overqualified, they reject your application. They claim they want to empower women yet they have no shown that in their interactions.

If there was ever an issue with anything, there was someone there to help get it get resolved (ie: payroll, questions, etc.). This was one of the best jobs I ever had. Enjoyed every day I worked. The first 6 months of the assignment, they would call to see how things were going at least once a month. They always made sure EVERYTHING was going well for me. This is probably the ONLY agency I would ever recommend working for in the Tucson area. While working for them, they offer some benefits. The medical benefit is a legit and good PPO (an HSA is also offered, if you want that option). They also have dental, vision, and life insurance available.

It sounded too good to be true so I was definitely skeptical. I contacted them to give them the benefit of the doubt. I met with one of their headhunters on a Wednesday, interviewed on Friday and started on Monday. Since then any questions I have are answered within the day, everyone is super attentive and nice. I've gotten a few check ins here and there to make sure everything is still going good. They seems to genuinely care from the beginning to placement and afterwards. I hope I can work with them again in the future.
