Very organized shop and so many different services are offered. I had a package received for a prior neighbor that needed to be shipped to her. She looked at the label and said oh, this is USPS. I explained they don't forward Packages. She then looked further at the labels and saw the package originated with UPS and said she would take it in and talk with her driver, Frank to see if a new label could be created with the new address. I left my information with her. She called me a short time later and let me know Frank had the package and would get it relabeled for the new address. No charge. Outstanding service and I will be using SHIP Arizona for all my shipping needs. Thanks Leslie!

Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I frequently come in for Amazon returns and am always in and out in less than two minutes.

You could have dropped the box from the top of a skyscraper and the thing would have survived unscathed. (Possibly slightly exaggerated... but not much!) You might consider it a con, but it took a good bit of effort to get through the multiple layers of protection to get to the framed map inside. I'm not easily impressed, trust me, but this really showed a level of care for what they do that you just don't see anymore. Big thumbs up!

I've always had good service and never felt rushed or that I was inconveniencing the employee on shift. Employees have been pretty helpful when I felt like I was asking a dumb question. When the staff member finally sashayed to the counter, there was not a smile, not a hello, nothing. I asked if they could print these 2 pages for me and the response was "we don't normally do that. We do large print jobs". I don't know if she thought about maybe making an exception that would cost her two minutes, but if she did, she didn't offer it. I left frustrated and felt dehumanized. To quote my arrogant server, I don't normally do this, but I am going to provide an additional review at no cost to Skyline by praising a company 2 miles away that not only printed my pages but refused to take any money. I am not sure, but I suspect Duck Press Media Solutions normally does large print jobs but did not hesitate to help me. I suggest for jobs large and small, that you go to Duck Press. PS I see the business owner boasts "no job too small". Might want to let your staff know this. and to the business owner with a quick response...nice job making excuses for training staff to be as arrogant as you obviously are, and apologizing for the way I felt rather than the way I was treated but you deserve this bad review big time.
