Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I frequently come in for Amazon returns and am always in and out in less than two minutes.

I've brought packages in and they simply refused to take them, seriously affecting my work and shipping operations. I've also spent a significant amount of money on UPS shipping labels just to keep my business running, yet the service has been inconsistent and unreliable. Communication is confusing and unprofessional -- one thing is said, then something completely different happens. The manager told me it would be fine this week and that I would be contacted to arrange pickups at my business, but nothing has been properly followed through. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. Overall, this is an unprofessional, inconsistent, and unreliable location for business use. Based on this experience, I will be switching to a more dependable shipping provider.

Robert did an amazing job of planning it out so the ship would arrive unscathed and it did! You could have dropped the box from the top of a skyscraper and the thing would have survived unscathed. (Possibly slightly exaggerated... but not much!) You might consider it a con, but it took a good bit of effort to get through the multiple layers of protection to get to the framed map inside. I'm not easily impressed, trust me, but this really showed a level of care for what they do that you just don't see anymore. Big thumbs up!

Every time I have done it, the stores just tell me to change my address in "MyChoice" online before sending the shipment so there will be no charge. This is the only time I've ever had a horrible experience with a UPS store. Cheryl was so rude about it. We had two shipments on two days and had to pay $20 to get our packages. She told me "I own 5 stores that's how I know every store charges for deliveries! Our prices are on our website." NO, Cheryl, they are not and NO not all stores do. I looked as soon as I paid your gouging price. It's not on there anywhere. If it is, it's buried. I have never had a charge for deliveries when I followed the process for My Choice. You claim it wasn't on the label, but it's on my UPS account. I could understand $5 to pick up, but that's so awful to charge so much.

The last 3 visits they couldn't have cared less what was needed or how many people were waiting to be helped. I went in this time to have something copied and scanned, her attitude was beyond belief. I did not need a brain surgeon, it was a simple task. I was left standing at the counter while two out of three people went into the back for at least 5 min, then was told they couldn[t do what I needed, oh so sad too bad. And people still waiting in line with their packages. I left! Please know that I may be a senior but of sound mind and respect. Went to Parcel Post shipping next to Los Agaves beside Al's appliance and the problem was solved immediately and for 1/3 the price of UPS.
