They are all patient with people who can't find their addresses, don't know how to work the computer, etc. I have been coming here for many years and have never had a bad experience. I am saddened to see how people sometimes treat them and am baffled by some of the negative reviews. On 06/28/26, I went to the UPS store on 1645 W Valencia Rd. to return an Amazon purchase. I walked up to the front, and an older woman, whom I later learned was Melissa, the store manager, helped me. While assisting me, she seemed bothered, irritated, and very impatient. I felt very uneasy, and that she strongly needed training in good customer service skills. Because of this bad experience, I do NOT recommend this store and rate it with 1 star. In the future, I will gladly drive to a farther store where I can get good service with a smile. read more

I rented a PO Box at this store for 6 months. This is a very busy store! I've interacted with every single one of their employees and have to say I am thoroughly impressed by how nice and helpful every one of them has been. Not only that but they are all very hardworking, at least through the lens of a customers who has been in this store 50+ times over the past 6 months and watched them hustle. UPS Store #3722 1645 W ValenciaRd has bad customer service partially on manager Melissa. She said they were really busy and can't answer my call nor call me back. I sent medication 2DA. The girl told me it would get to destination on Wednesday. It arrived Thursday. She blames the UPS driver for not scanning in my pkg on Monday. Medication had to be repurchased at $300. All I was asking Melissa for was my $61 for shipping ONLY because the girl said it would get there Wednesday. I asked the pharmacy, I asked the air pickup time before sending. If not, I wouldn't have shipped it. Melissa told me on 3 different occasions she'd call me back and I was the one who had to call. I asked to speak to Jeff Day the owner. Which they lied prior and said his name was Jason. Instead she disconnected my call. I'm still waiting for Jeff to call me. She has my number but decided not to call me. Don't ship from here. I never said Melissa lied to me. The girl at the counter/register who took my package lied to me. She said my package would get to destination on Wednesday. Your employees need to stop saying "it will" get there on the specific date. If register girl had not said those words to me I would not have given your crooked store my package nor my money. My issue with Melissa is she doesn't have the courtesy to call a customer as she promised. she's busy standing around looking like she's working. But again it took you practically 1 month to respond to me. So now I get it. So why don't you take Melissa to a nice dinner worth $61 and tell her I said she's welcome it was my treat! As a millennial, I am TERRIFIED of mail! I avoid sending packages myself it's so intimidating. I get nervous and screw it up. Buuuuut I tried anyways with my ten Christmas packs for family. i will never be comimg back to this UPS store, all i asked for was 3 stamps. Instead the threw my mail on a scale and put stamps on it, than said i couldn't have my mail back after they stamped it. I went today to return Amazon purchase. Thought I would save the driver from picking it up at my house. I stood in line then was told they needed a printed label and would not except the pic of the label I had on my phone. But for 2.60 they would print one out for me. I called UPS and Amazon and they apologized and both said they should not have any charges for the service. Called them back and was told they are individually owed and just go to a different store. This is the worst shipping service ever. I pay for next day air and twice it took three days. I ordered flowers to arrive at 9 am and at 8pm they delivered dead flowers. I ordered Hello Fresh, they deliver it at 8 pm after its been in the 115 degree heat cooking in their truck ALL day long. No help when you call them either. read more

They accept online returns, sell packing and office supplies, have a variety of cards, design your business graphics, etc. The thing that's impressive is how competent and efficient they are, just calm and professional, whether they are serving just one customer or have a line to the door. I called this store to ensure that the Notary was available. I was told that she was only there until 2:00 pm so I made sure to get there in plenty of time. When I got there, the notary was at the bank, no problem I could wait a few minutes. The notary showed up but proceeded to head across the parking lot with another employee leaving one person to handle the 3 customers waiting. The employee that met the Notary/Manager outside knew we were waiting for her and her Notary services. Their professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. Everyone is extremely helpful at this location! The ladies at this location help make sure that all your questions are answered and that all shipping needs are met. There are PO boxes with 24 hour access. They also have a shred box which I think is super cool anywhere that u pick up mail. They offer all sorts of other services such as UPS, USPS drop off, purchase stamps and notary services. And they are in a convenient location on this side of town. read more

We had some lamp shades shipped from this location with insurance. One of which arrived broken. We contacted UPS corporate and jumped through all their hoops. They stated that due to being packed by the UPS store I had to contact that location. I did that and jumped through more hoops. On March 25 th, I had to return 2 items. I have never shipped anything before in my life. So of course I had some questions. The woman at the counter was not very welcoming. She was very short with me and seemed to be irritated with every question I asked. One of the items I had to return was an expensive item. Naturally, I want to know when it will be packaged. She glares at me then says with sass, "you can wait and watch us package it." Of course I was going to watch them seal my valuable parcel! While I'm waiting she assists the next customer. She's apparently bi-polar. Nice as can be to the woman who walked in after me. Commenting on the "beautiful stamps" and "oh I can meet make a color copy for you". The other employee there walks out from the back of the store with the box they need for my shipment. When she is finished, I ask her if there is a feedback card I can fill out or a manager available. She gets a lil attitude and says the woman helping me was THE OWNER!
