AVOID calling their direct line 520-883-3139 because they just let it ring and hang up on you to avoid answering calls. If I could give zero stars, I would. My family lives in a new build home (unfortunately in a zip code that falls under this location's jurisdiction) and the delivery guy refuses to add us to his normal route for some reason? Whereas another post office delivers to our neighbors with no problem, so why is it that this location's employees aren't willing to do their jobs? Every other post office is always so helpful and has a friendly environment, not sure what's happened at this location.

For example, I don't recall seeing any flat-rate boxes. It's convenient and the staff are courteous enough. Don't forget you can buy stamps at most grocery stores so you can accomplish most of your simple mail needs outside of the post office.

We left a scannable package in the outside box and it did not get scanned when the box was emptied. However, when we went back today to make sure it had actually gotten picked up from the box, the staff person was very friendly and helpful. (Apparently she is the normal staff person but was not working the day our package was not scanned.)

Yay!)-- was immediate snapped at and finger pointed back out the door to sign in on a clipboard. Whoops! Ok... no way of knowing that, but nbd. So I signed in and came back in to sit and wait. Was again snapped out to go wait outside. There weren't any seats and my leg is injured, so I asked if I could sit on the bench. I got a big, impatient NO! And was pointed back out the door. I was honestly very put off by my first impression, but once they called me in for my turn, I felt like they were very friendly and helpful. It turns out the inside is really sensitive area because of the info being processed-- so they don't want anyone waiting in there-- but there's really not any kind of signage clarifying that, so all day they are having to redirect people out of the room. That would be exhausting for anyone! So for anyone planning to visit-- don't let the awkwardness of the check in process throw you. Once they are helping you, they are quite friendly! Maybe just hearing that ahead of time will save someone else from getting upset.

Tried to speak to a supervisor Shelia and she was unavailable as well there's no help the post office worker I talk to in the front with ear gages was completely rude and explained that they take breaks in the middle of work they will stop what they are doing and take a break no matter the line I doubt the passport office had that many breaks back to back!
