Went in to return a product . I had the info on my phone but needed it printed out. 2 employees working one was on his phone and chatting with girlfriend. He didn't he even bother to look up . The other one did do the print out for me took my package gave me a slip and paper. I told him I thought the paper needed to be inside . He insisted it did not. I got home looked at the printout and in fact it needed to be with package it was the RMA. I went back and asked him to include in my package. He said oh mail already was picked up. This all happened within 30 minutes. Again he said it's fine.... I called Saks on Fifth today and found out no it isn't fine they needed that packing slip. Call first anytime you need to go here. Hours of operation are strictly optional to the point that I noticed that they remove the hours they open off the front door completely. At one time this company wouldn't have even deserved one star. HOWEVER, this company is under new management and it is essentially a new company. DO NOT USE - ONLY SHIP THROUGH A FEDEX OFFICE: We wanted to ship a bottle of wine to Alaska and took our package to PostNet to make sure we could send it. We wrapped it in their office and we paid over $70 to ship it. It was returned to PostNet 8 days later marked "air restricted". PostNet never notified us it had been returned. Using the FedEX tracking we found out it had been returned to PostNet. We picked up our package and asked for a refund of our shipping costs because the package was never delevered. Their response was "its not our problem, contact FedEx". We contacted FedEX who said PostNet was a third party shipper and they would have to request the refund for us. After repeated calls to PostNet over two weeks they have refused to refund our costs or provide a suitable explanation. read more

I typically don't care about pleasantries; however, when it gets in the way of doing your job, it's problematic in the workplace. The gentlemen, and I use that term loosely, that works there is incredibly rude. He holds conversation with people while making others wait as if people don't come in for a quick in and out. Furthermore, he has problems accepting Amex. If you don't want to pay the fee, don't accept Amex. Lastly, I get people have bad days. That being said, employees are there to render services and be somewhat pleasant, that is it. Leave the attitude for personal life... Probably will never use this location again. Constant problem anymore. They open when they want, they close when they want and some days don't even open at all!!! Dropped if important documents yesterday 11am to be delivered very next day and they decided to close without anyone knowing before UPS/USPS and FedEx could pick up packages and drop off! Randomly closes on days that aren't holidays, they open and close at random times (some days not at all, with no notice). Completely unreliable as a business address or for receiving packages as you never know if they will open or not on a given day. I'm writing this on Nov 23, 2022 and they didn't open today (no warning), and likely won't open again until Monday 11/28. So multiple (and needed) packages can't be delivered or retrieved. Multiple cases of not opening in the past few months, and the owner has no interest in even checking into this major problem. read more

His cost was $7.25. exact same package and item returned to him mailed from portent $18.02 $12 service fee. Several clients have been messaging me, sending me screenshots of their tracking numbers and pages that say "Package was delivered to receptionist/reception desk" yet I call and they say they have nothing for me, this has been going on for months, at first it was here or there but there is NO excuse no as to why SEVERAL packages that were infact delivered recently are now conveniently missing...they stole hundreds of dollars worth of business supplies, gifts, and other items from me and I can't get get any answers. I will press charges, the amount stolen after delivery is felony level theft. PostNet? More like PostalPirates. It would be less risky to have it delivered here and left out. read more

For my needs they are perfect, I only need them for amazon returns. The counter people have always been nice to me. And they handle social distancing very well. If you have a pre-printed label they point you to the right table by the front door. So you never have to go further unless you need a receipt. I am in a high risk group for COVID-19 so this is priceless. read more

Today I have had the worst experience with a service I have ever had in my 63 years. I have never used YELP until now but this business inspired me to do so. I am a new customer and was having some issues understanding the mechanics of how this business operated but I can accept responsibility for not understanding immediately. That is not the reason for this review. I called several times today and no one would answer the phone and the recording said do not leave a voicemail. I was trying to find out the true hours of operation because I went up there yesterday at 3:20 PM and the business was closed. The recording clearly states the business is open until 5:00 PM Monday Through Friday. I asked why the discrepancy and Sue got very defensive. I suggested they update the voicemail and she got very irate and told me to leave. I said, "not without my mail". She handed me my mail and started yelling again in front of other customers and finally I said "ENOUGH". I normally don't follow reviews but if I had I would have seen I am not the first to experience this treatment. It is my understanding that the other locations for PostTNet are owned/operated by other people so this in no way is a reflection on these other locations. After I got back to my office I saw this email from Sue over there.... AZ142 (service@ipostal1.com) To:you Details Your account has been closed as of 05/20/2020 due to your abusive behavior to the store. according the the Terms of Service which you agreed to when you signed up, we have no tolerance for abusive behavior fior any cause. I went to Post Net today to get some FedEx Shipping Boxes (6 Small FedEx Boxes). They had them there in the store. My plan was to go home, pack my stuff and return with my shipments tomorrow thereby limiting my exposure to the outside world. The clerk called the owner to find out how much to charge for them. I was willing to make a deposit, but paying for these boxes would have been a first. After speaking with the owner, she said she could only give me 2 boxes and proceeded to tell me the location of another place where I could get more boxes. I stood there in total amazement and actually said, you're kidding right? I don't blame the clerk for following orders, I blame the owner. You don't have to worry about me coming back and asking for any services at your location. I will simply go to the place that actually takes care of their customers. I contacted the store and the owner refused to call me, he refused to come into the store, and the Christmas gifts for my sons will not be re-sent until after Christmas. I believe in supporting small businesses. This business has not only lost my support, they will be reported to the Small Business Administration and Better Business Bureau. To start we have only used Postnet for returns with preprinted address labels. For us they have been very friendly and helpful. We walk in with your return package and they look it over to ensure it is OK and then we walk out. Very fast and convenient. read more

I tried to use Postnet to return a prepaid UPS return from Amazon and they refused to give me a receipt. They said it was not their policy. This is the first time I have ever encountered this and was surprised to say the least. I asked for my box back and explained I had no intention of leaving a package with a company that would not give me proof that I had given it to them. This caused me to drive into town to a UPS store on Broadway and cost me at least an hour of my time roundtrip back to Vail. About four weeks ago, we needed to send a document to Canada for certification, and we needed to pay in advance for it to be returned. We pre-addressed the manila envelopes for sending and receiving. PostNet is close to home, so my husband took it there to send. The owner acted like he was put out by having to handle something so complicated (really?) and charged my husband $84 for this service. That seemed like a high price, but we needed to get the document back quickly, so he reluctantly paid it. Two days later, when the tracking information became available online, we discovered that the envelope had been sent UPS Ground...10 days in each direction. $42 each way to send an envelope UPS Ground! The US Postal Service charges $19.99 to send a large Priority Mail envelope to Canada, and all priority mail is sent via air. We contacted UPS to see if we could at least get the return service upgraded to air, but they said there was nothing they could do. They also told us that independent retailers like PostNet can add on whatever shipping charges they want in addition to the UPS published rate. Meanwhile, we are still waiting for our document which has been held for up to three days at a time at UPS facilities to make sure that we don't get it any faster than the "service that we paid for". It is scheduled to arrive next week, and we will be able to put this experience behind us. We used to use this store for a variety of services, mostly ad design and printing services, but occasionally for shipping, when the prior owner had it, but we won't be going back after this experience. I noticed that other honest reviews of this store have been marked "Not Helpful" (and thus not counted in the overall star rating), and then they are followed up with glowing reviews within a few weeks, so I'm guessing that will happen with my review as well. read more

The current owner of this establishment is extremely RUDE! I'm amazed that he's still in business as he knows absolutely nothing about customer service. My 14 year old daughter was excited about mailing some comic books to some of her friends who live in other states. I wanted to take her through the process of doing this on her own but that was immediately halted as soon as we walked in the door. No greeting, just a glare. When asked about the price of shipping a flat rate envelop he quoted an outrageous price and scoffed when I asked why it was so much higher. "If you ship here, that's what you'll pay...I'm the low man on the totem pole." I asked if we could take a few envelops so my daughter could prepare them and he said no. The envelops are free with USPS and when I reminded him of this, he rudely replied that we can go to the Post Office to ship. JERK. WILL NEVER step foot in your store again and will tell EVERYONE I know and anyone who will listen about the service we received! read more

i used copy machine. i used it correctly but there was something wrong with copier. it printed 2 pages that were backs (i was printing only one sided copies and it gave me 6 blank pages in with total in which i was charged for. the 8 pages got in with the total count. at the time it was only me and owner in building...he was watching me the whole time. when it came time to pay, he charged me for the extra 8 pages even after explaining to him what the machine did. he was unsympathetic and very unprofessional -telling me he wasn't there to see??? terrible business practices there and rude. we need postnet in rita ranch but i will do whatever it takes to never go there again. it was only about .80 unfair charge but it's the principle that it was out of my control...it certainly was something with the copier. read more
