Excellent service today, Hunter rocks! The manager gal was very nice and helpful too when Hunter had Qs about sending our letter to UK. They also have partnership with USPS with discounted rates which we took advantage of to mail a passport and since it was not needed in a rush, the service tales twice as long to arrive 7-10 days, but half the $70 cost in 3 days quoted by Vail USPS location. They never mentioned this longer delivery option so unsure if it's a special for UPS but glad they offered me the savings. UPS international Express was also $169 for 3 day delivery 4.8oz letter, insane prices. read more

Brought a package here to return on: Fri 1 Aug 2025 8: 57 AM Young woman who took the package scanned the code from my phone & BOOM transaction done, too easy. But she decided to mention that I needed in the future to put more tape surrounding the entire package as the shipping label could come loose. I asked her if she had any tape so I could tape the package more securely but she said NO!! REALLY!!??UPS store has no tape!!?? Somebody's not a good sharer. She said that my package doesn't have far to go so it shouldn't be a problem. I looked at the tracking info later & the package is going from ARIZONA to INDIANA!!!! It couldn't be much further. The service was terrific the girl took my phone went to pdf whatever the heck that is and printed all the pages for me! She was fast efficient and very nice! I used to love this store. All of the past employees were friendly, helpful and efficient. But my last visit (July 2025) ruined me on this store. It was fairly busy with only one employee up front. His face and attitude were just angry! He obviously didn't want to be there, and took it out on us. He was young with dark hair. I forget his name, but instead of helping me, he kept sighing in disgust that I was having trouble finding the necessary email. I was so disturbed by his demeanor, even though we offered to let other folks go ahead, that we picked up our bags and left! What a horrible change in just a couple years. I won't be back. read more

Replying to the "owner" here since they want to paint me as the bad guy here. YOUR associate told me conflicting information several times. First she told me to call back the next day and if it hadn't updated SHE would call UPS. I waited until the next day- and there was no update. So I called back like she suggested to seek out help that she offered. When I called the second time she told me that she couldn't help me. I didn't demand anything I asked you guys repeatedly for some customer service and for you to *ask* your driver that did the pick up (you said that it was the same driver) if he remembers the package, that was it really a simple task. You also tried to make it sound like I didn't bring the product packaged- I did. I did everything necessary on my end and still feel like you guys are severely lacking. To call a customer belligerent amongst other things is completely asinine to do on a public forum. If my memory serves me right the gentlemen I spoke to wouldn't let me off the phone even though I told him several times I needed to go and that we were just going in circles. Do not paint me as the bad guy here- there is a learning curve for all parties involved here. read more

This is my UPS Store of choice. I've been a customer for a number of years. The folks there, Keith and Ms. Penny, are always friendly and professional. They have helped me with packing of odd shaped items and given me excellent advice on shipping options. I've read a bunch of negative reviews here, and I just don't get it. Maybe the "woke" or the "privileged" writers somehow get their feelings hurt when asked to pay for supplies or services, but as an old school retired guy, I fully appreciate what the folks here do. Give them a chance and you will, too. If you are close to halfway between shipping locations, choose this one. You won't be disappointed. read more

I almost never need to print anything. The one time per year that I do I go to the library. Had an Amazon return label emailed to me. I figured UPS would be able to print a shipping label. FFS, $2.22 to print a label? $2 of that was for file service or some BS. Anyways won't be going to the location ever again. read more

young man was patient and courteous and im sorry i work at a retail store and unfortunately sometimes you are closing and someone walks in when you are closing . so i understand but the older gentleman locked my 10 year old son and couldnt come in and he told the younger man i need to hurry up . i of course let my son in hes a minor and i did let someone skip ahead of me . excuse me i dont talk behind my back and i told them twice my son is outside he is coming in and someone walked in after me and i told them to help him first coz mine was harder . i had a few more returns but they were on the app and i was so irritared and said i would just take it to another store tomorrow . i just hate it the other guy butting in rudely not professional at all and rubbed me the wrong way , tell it to my face or be professional and suck it up. I needed to pack and ship something and didn't have the supplies at home. Stopped here and the girl was extremely friendly and accommodating. I currently run my own business and have shipped over 250 packages as well as worked for a ups. I have never had such a hard time shipping something off. Simply telling me I cannot ship without paying them to either cut the box down or pay for packing material. I miss the old Ups. Never used to just try and sell you everything. read more

I can't believe I've never reviewed this location. Hands down the employees at this location are the NICEST, most helpful people ever. I've never had an issue and usually almost always leave with a smile on my face. This is the worse UPS store in Tucson. Complete and utter disregard for their customers. When returning a package to Amazon, the return policy states to drop items off at UPS store without packaging and no cost should incur. This UPS does not honor that policy. They will charge for a piece of scotch tape. Do not use this store. read more

It's due time I write a review about this place. Nothing but good here. Been a regular here each time for the past 4 years or so and it has consistently been great. Staff is friendly and very helpful, the very nice Asian lady up front will ring me up a receipt even if it's just a drop off package. Very quick and efficient. I have been using this store every since it became ups store. Poor service tonight. Was going to drop a phone off and needed one 9 inch piece of tape. Wanted to charge me for it. Never again. I went to a different one and was given a 9 inch piece of tape. Beware now will nickel and dime you. read more

This is the second time I have a negative experience at this store. But let me tell you about today. I was trying to ship an item back to eBay. I had the item in the box and the shipping label ready. I had the box open just in case the employee wanted to see the content. I take the box to the clerk and she tries to charge me for placing a piece of tape on the box. They charge you for every single thing. And the staff is not friendly. Needless to say, I refused to pay over 1 dollar plus credit card fees for a piece of tape. Terrible experience, the young man that helped me was terribly rude and abrupt. Right away he quoted me a price and my package was a return thru Zappos which is always free. I was having issues getting the label emailed to him and he made it so uncomfortable. I finally left and called Zappos to have the package picked up. Had a big copy order and Brandi helped me through the process- I hate making lots of copies with tricky requirements (double sided, stapled, etc) because I always mess up the first few and waste that money. Not service minded. I walked in to get some printing done. I had just gotten off my scooter and had the front of my modular helmet up. I has taking off my gloves and had looked at the copiers. The counter lady asked if I needed copies and as I was in the process of telling her that I needed printing done from a thumb drive. At this point I was interrupted by another worker there to tell me I would need to take my helmet off in the future. Funny thing is that I had my gloves off and was about to take off my helmet when he said this. His tone was definitely not friendly and completely put me off from ever doing business with this location. There are plenty of UPS Stores around so I will go to them. The UPS store franchise is not bad. They have good pricing and friendly service. This location doesn't meet that standard. Try a different location for your needs. And do t ever wear a helmet in there, even one that completely shows your face. read more
