Lady working there is rude, I ship everyday in Tucson, every time I go to this location I have a problem, this is the only store in Tucson that I have problems. She is rude and asks me a thousand questions she doesn't ask anyone else, then she tries to make me purchase shipping envelopes when I could use the UPS envelope. These ladies are phenomenal. They are always friendly, expedient and knowledgeable. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be helped, even during peak season when lines are out the door. I really like *this* UPS store. The service is great and the people working there are helpful even when I'm sending a pre-paid package and not buying anything. For example, one worker helped me find and display a QR code on my phone so I didn't need to pay for label printing. We have used their notary service several times and they were efficient and professional. The parking is easy. Even when they're busy, the wait isn't bad. I have no idea why all the other UPS stores are so terrible, but this one is the exception. read more

this location has the worst customer service. Every time I have an Amazon return and visit this location, I'm told I need to buy a box, even though Amazon says to reduce shipping boxes and UPS will pack and label. On top of that same story this morning, you could tell the associate who opened the store did not want to be there. Not even a smile to greet customers waiting out side for the store to open. The staff were helpful, informative and professional. I was able to get in quickly, be helped and out the door on my way elsewhere fast. if I could give zero stars I would. I had my boyfriend take a rug into this location to return back to amazon and because the rug wasn't in original packaging the lady wanted to charge $40 dollars to wrap it in saran wrap to ship off. Amazon never notified me that this would need to be in its packaging, which they got their own review regarding this matter... but most importantly we took the rug to the ups on grant and alvernon and they charged $10 to wrap it and send it off no problem. I'm so mad that they tried to rip us off at this location charging $40 bucks when the other ups charged us only $10. I went to a Kohl's to return an Amazon purchase that was defective. I was told they could not figure out how to return my item but that maybe the USPO or The UPS Store might be able to return it. I had remembered a few months back that I had to return a large item and a nice young lady by the name of Casey had helped me, so naturally I decided to go back to UPS. And sure enough Kasey (sp ) was still working at your broadway store. She once again figured out my return and made the process 100% easier than the 3 people at Kohl's did. I must say that this young lady is and has been exceptionally helpful both times I've had to make Amazon returns. She is definitely an asset to this company and should be rewarded as such. read more

THIS IS MY 1-STOP SHIPPING STORE---they have all that I need when it comes to sending packages, no matter how big or small. I've used this store for several years now. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly (that alone scores them high on my list). They have helped to wrap packages, suggested different ways of shipping and are very patient with people who are not knowledgeable about their products. I have used the the shipping services and the office services (ie: copying, faxing, etc.). It sure is nice to know that when I am in a crunch and am sending something later than I should, that my neighborhood UPS store is there to help rescue me, just like a super hero......da, da, da, da UPS man is there when you need him. What a scam! UPS stores charge $2.50 to 'for use of a computer' to put a USB drive into a computer and 9 cents for the print out. Even for a UPS label. why would someone pay $2.59 just to print one piece of paper when FedEX/Kinkos and OfficeMax/Office Depot charges 11 cents??? Go elsewhere. read more

I had a very large parcel I have been trying to get picked up by UPS driver and kept missing each other. The driver left the label for my return so I loaded up the package and label and went to this UPS location. I was wary as I have had poor customer service issues at this location so I went inside to ensure everything would be ok if I brought in my large parcel. Arianne greeted me with a super happy smile and welcoming body language. After being assured it was ok, I went outside to bring in my parcel and label and realized it was no longer in the binding. I went back in to see what my options were and not only was she able to assist but she even helped me with the research to change my return order so she could scan my barcode and print it out without having to charge me additional! Thank you! Lots of kudos! She really has given me a much better impression of the company, which lately has not been the best. She is an asset to the team! Customer service and an honest helpful friendly face is worth the weight in gold to a company. read more

This store is the WORST experience I have ever had shipping something at a UPS Store and specifically with store manager Arianne. I brought an expensive, fragile crated item to this store's temporary shipping station at the gem show. There was a long line in front and in back of me of people wanting to ship items so it was very busy. I was with 2 friends at the time that stood with me and heard everything she said to me. I explained to her that this item was fragile and a gift. I've shipped items for years and told her that I would pay whatever packing was needed to get it to the recipient intact. She told me, "I've shipped many of these pedistals from this vendor and it should arrive there just fine the way they have crated it but just to be sure, you should insure it. I relied on her supposedly professional advice and did as she said. The package arrived with no fragile stickers on it and in a million pieces. UPS then went to pick up the broken package to examine it. I was told that the package was packed improperly and that there would be no reimbursement. When I called Arianne, she said that she never said that to me about the crate not needing further packing. That is an outright lie. I have a formal complaint filed with UPS Corporate right now against this store. I think that she was busy and did not want to be bothered doing her job properly and advising me to have it packed by her. She also knew that her store would not have to reimburse me if she handled things in this manner. The insurance I bought was useless. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS. They operate in a totally unethical manner. I would actually rate this business ZERO STARS if that were an option. read more

This is the best place to go!! The staff was very courteous and attentive. My mother is blind and disabled. I had taken her here to get a couple of things notarized. We also need things copied and mailed. The price was great and everyone one there made my mother feel like she was special. I highly recommend this store. The UPS store on Broadway and Pantano is my go to stop for all mailing needs. I'm greeted with a smile, they call me by my first name. The UPS store is a very friendly atmosphere. I frequently use the printer, computer, fax machine and mailing supplies. The staff there is always willing to help. It is located in an location that is easy to get in and out of. They also have carts if big packages are being sent out to use too and from your car. Great convenient easy way to rent a mailbox and receive your mail with nightly and weekend access.
