They are extremely polite and authentic in their concern. My step mom suffers from congenital heart failure and when she seemed weaker and weaker, I called 911. The team came promptly and were very kind to her and helpful in checking her and suggesting the hospital as the next step. This means I can add GV Fire to the plus side of living in "God's Waiting Room." And from my perspective there aren't that many positives about living here, that is, for those of us who still have our wits about us. Still waiting for the housing crisis to improve!

The walk-in line, however, had at least 12-15 people waiting. I stood there for no more than 10 minutes before being called up to a free window. The process was incredibly smooth, the representative was knowledgeable and professional and I was out of there in 5-7 minutes tops. This location appears to be nowhere near as busy as the main one off of the I10.
