They also ship lots of Gem show dealers merchandise so they are used to shipping merchandise on pallets as well. They are alway there to help solve whatever shipping challenges I can come up with. They also speak Chinese if you need help with translating to English.

Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers.
