"Oh no, not today!" She said out loud to no one in particular. I decided then that the UPS store I've been using for over 10 years wasn't going to my "go to" postal service - I found Postal store, next to the Los Agaves restaurant, they're amazing, fast, no charge like theUPSstore and didn't talk rudely to me or anyone else. I hope everyone finds them!

The last 3 visits they couldn't have cared less what was needed or how many people were waiting to be helped. I went in this time to have something copied and scanned, her attitude was beyond belief. I did not need a brain surgeon, it was a simple task. I was left standing at the counter while two out of three people went into the back for at least 5 min, then was told they couldn[t do what I needed, oh so sad too bad. And people still waiting in line with their packages. I left! Please know that I may be a senior but of sound mind and respect. Went to Parcel Post shipping next to Los Agaves beside Al's appliance and the problem was solved immediately and for 1/3 the price of UPS. They do all the UPS things, ofc problem things, and are super nice. UPS seems to think they are the only train on our tracks...NOT!! I am sick and tired of how seniors are sometimes treated here in GV. It is uncalled for...

This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. I've brought packages in and they simply refused to take them, seriously affecting my work and shipping operations. I've also spent a significant amount of money on UPS shipping labels just to keep my business running, yet the service has been inconsistent and unreliable. Communication is confusing and unprofessional -- one thing is said, then something completely different happens. The manager told me it would be fine this week and that I would be contacted to arrange pickups at my business, but nothing has been properly followed through. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. Overall, this is an unprofessional, inconsistent, and unreliable location for business use. Based on this experience, I will be switching to a more dependable shipping provider.
