I have had a good relationship with the local office. However, the overall performance of Fed Ex is less than terrible. The first package never got to me -- coming from LA to AZ, I could have walked there. The new package is on hold because they claim my address is wrong and the sender has to make the correction before I get the package. I really hate this company's incompetence. read more

Caveat- This is for the Ground station at 4400 Industry Dr. I ordered a generator & sadly they picked FedEx to ship it. Hands down THE worst delivery service! Typically I get notifications about where the package is, but not this time. I tried tracking through Amazon & it never said it was out for delivery. Sure enough they try to deliver two days in a row while I'm at work. Can't get the app to work, the website is down, you can't reach a human at the 1-800 number, and no one answers the phone at this location & ignores messages you are required to leave. I had to drive across town just to get a person to make me stand at the outer gate, then told to come back later. The only saving grace is Michelle & Alma. read more

Why do the drivers knock 1 time and walk away. No time for me to make it to the door. I am highly upset! I never asked for a signature and they didn't leave the pkg. The door tag has zero information on it. I scanned it and it says no information for this door tag. No delivery requirements on it. I understand you have many deliveries and only so much time to complete them but c'mon 30 sec. I live in a town home. I have a second floor. This will be my second time in the last few weeks for this company. Again, the driver of FED X left package at far end of driveway, then runs off as I'm trying to catch him to bring it to my door like they are suppose to. Again, I am and Older Person, and want it at my door like they are suppose to do. He is totally wrong again for this same problem. Fed X Sierra Vista that delivers to Benson, Arizona has jacked me up again. BAD FED X again for same problem!!!!!!!! My merchandise was left in the street, by my car. I have a large yard that is completely fenced. I have a bench rt on the other side of the fence, rt off the street. Why were my items not placed in the yard? Yes, there are 2 very loving dogs in the yard. However, to put the items in the yard would NOT have required opening the gate. I am under treatment for breast cancer. I had to carry 1 45 lb box & 1 35 pnd box into my yard & into the house. My purchase was a mattress & a bed frame. I am attaching pictures. The last time they pulled their crap, an $1,800 computer was left on the street side of the fence. The driver lied and said that he knocked on the door and tooted his horn and nobody was there. Bull crap! I was in my yard inside a travel trailer that I was gutting out to make an office out of. I saw him leave the computer on the other side of my fence. I called FedEx immediately! I heard the person at the FedEx building talking to the driver who continued to lie and say nobody was home. I said bull! I'm standing right here I saw him pull up & leave! He did not even try to toot the damn horn & he just put my computer out on the street side of my fence and left. So that guy they said , was fined $300 from his check for doing that. Is it true? I don't know. That's just what I was told. The other day, I ordered a television. I paid for shipping. Then I'm informed that I have to be here so I can sign for it. I did not request signature required. I know I was in Tucson and I'm not home Monday through Friday. They refuse to deliver it. They wanted me to pick it up , I can't. I drive a Corolla a 50-inch television is not going to fit inside of my car. At any rate, I told him they're going to have to return it and I told him that this was bull crap ,what they were doing. We pay for their damn service!! They don't pay us! And as far as their 'your way, in your time" crap that they're trying to say now, what of crock that is! Deserves 0 stars. Drivers refuse to deliver a package based on what they THINK is bull crap. I paid for a service and I expect that service. I will be contacting the corporate office. Charges should be filed for theft of property. Driver should not make the decision after I verified the address for them. I am moving but I still have things at the house. This waste of a space company took my package submerged my entire package in water and then decided to repackage relabel and still deliver the contents to my customer. Then had the nerve to send me a check for 100 dollars for an item that was sold for over 700 on e bay. A disgusting company and I would never do business with them again. read more

Allen, Alan, whatever the name - provides the absolute worst customer service. Rude. Very unhelpful, does not offer any suggestions as to how to locate packages but is quick to pass me onto the FedEx facility down the street. FedEx should reconsider whom they place in their service areas if all of us customers are going to be met with rude, unhappy, people. read more

Quick, easy and friendly every time I've been there so far. Only down side would be the small front office area is very small when there are more than 3 people waiting. But the folks have always been processed quickly, so not a big issue for too long. read more

Unfortunately that has been my experience with fedex offices with few exceptions over the past year. I use them a lot as my job requires a lot of shipping. This ship center was bad enough to prompt me to write a bad yelp review. Perhaps if enough people write reviews, Fedex as a company may start to listen. Very unprofessional. My husband was picking something up and he was behind an old gentleman. The employees called my husband up before the old gentleman and my husband said no, let him go first. Then when the old gentleman left, the FedEx guys were making fun of him! This is just one of the negative experiences that we've had at this facility. Very rude guys. Customer services needs improvement. The gentleman working the counter was extremely rude. We tried sending an envelope certified and he thought we wanted to get something notarized and insisted that we go to a bank. He kept cutting us off saying "Let me finish." By the end of the disagreement I finally said "I don't understand why I need to get an envelope notarized if I just want to verify that my brother received the envelope." He said "OHHHHHH you want it certified!" I told him "Yeah, that's what I've been saying." He had the audacity to say "No you didn't you said notarized." Which I know for a fact we didn't. I think he just assumed that since we had a vehicle title in our hands. Though I prefer Fedex over other companies I will not be returning here if he is working. read more

I received an email stating the driver attempted to deliver your package, funny thing is I was standing in my yard throwing a ball with my dog, but there was no fedex truck trying to deliver to my house. Called fedex 5 minutes after the so-called attempted delivery and the lady made every excuse in the book. Bottom line driver was either an idiot and tried to deliver to the wrong house or a LIAR. Not sure which is worse. And even better , no signature required but we will attempt again Monday. Why didn't the driver just leave it that's right because there was no attempt mad. Things are a little confusing around here in Sierra Vista. This is the only FedEx office I've seen around here. When I received a notice for a package I needed to pick up (though this is the Ship Center) I thought I'd be able to pick it up here. The FedEx GROUND center is down Highway 90 (past the UPS center), hidden next to the Humane Society! I'd create an entry for THAT center, but I have no idea what their address is and I don't see it listed online. Hope this if helpful if you ever must pick up a package. I placed an order with Chewy,com at the beginning of June. I got an email a few days with the tracking number. I checked and it said it had been delivered to my address. I don't know where they delivered it BUT it was not here. I called Chewy and they replaced it at no cost to me. There are 5 house numbers at my address, the main door was open, and there is a picture window a few feet from the door. SO someone in the area got almost $90.00 worth of free dog food. FedEx called after I got the replacement order to see if I had gotten the original one. They were going to ask the driver if he could remember where he delivered it and get back to me. I've yet to have a good experience with FedEx. This time it was more serious because we had a live reptile shipped to us. We paid for overnight shipping so she'd be safe with her little heat pack but instead they scanned it but never put it on the flight. So then our baby snake was stuck in a bumpy truck for an extra day. They said we could pick her up at 10 am.. 45 minutes later they finally find her and the box is cold inside and out. They let me check on her but she was so stressed. I'm not going to be rude to the front counter guys, it's not Their fault and they were at least nice. But even though it's common for snake breeders to ship out, I told my husband we are never doing this again because we can't trust this company. The worst shipping company in the country in my opinion, tracking number says the package was in Sierra Vista, Arizona FedEx terminal on December 23rd, gifts for kids still not here on December 26th, pitiful, and pathetic, even the U.S. Postal service is better, and United Parcel Service makes FedEx, look like the Pony Express on a good day, never again will I deal with ANY company that uses FedEx. read more
