He checked to see if I had the paperwork they needed, and then gave us the green light to move forward. Vivian called us to her desk. We told her we needed a title transfer and we handed over our driver's license, death certificate, court appointment personal rep papers, and title to the vehicle. She had to consult on this case. She came back and guided us through the process. We hit another spot were she needed another consult. She came back with the solution and we moved forward. We were able to transfer the vehicle into my parent's name. We spent approximately 30 minutes to get this done. Business picked up, so I was glad we got there when we did.
