After calling several listings for pest control in the Sierra Vista, AZ area, only to be told that they don't deal with birds, I finally reached a friendly Truly Nolen rep who assured me that they do, and would be happy to come out and inspect for birds. Richard, of Truly Nolen, came out today and promptly found a large lizard napping in the furnace closet. He used towels to block off all the possible escape routes in the hallway, under doors, and was able to efficiently catch the lizard. Because of my concerns-- I've seen the same lizard in my front courtyard and was worried that if let go outside the house, it would surely just be back in again, as it had been probably been coming in every afternoon thru the AC unit-- so Richard secured it in a plastic container and put air holes in it, so that he could take it elsewhere for release. Richard was efficient, courteous, professionally attired, friendly, AND refused payment. Although I fully expected to pay for the service call, he stated that he didn't really do anything. I beg to differ! Although we haven't used a pest/insect control service in the past, we WILL be arranging for service from Truly Nolen and highly recommend them in the Sierra Vista, AZ area!

I agreed to quarterly paid monthly not annual paid quarterly and monthly. apparently in the 4 seasons contract I signed it says in small print 1st year service nowhere on the contract does it say annual. I guess 4 seasons means annual. so, I am canceling and never using their service again and I also would recommend no one sign such a deceptive contract with them ever. On the second visit, the technician was supposed to be here at a certain time. I was at home, less than 10 feet from the open front door. The tech said he rang the doorbell twice but no one answered. He logged in as having performed the service anyway, but his invoice indicated he was only on the premises for two minutes. I checked my video surveillance system camera and he was never on our property at all that day. My complaint to the company was ignored. I then contacted our credit card company and received a full refund. To this day I have never heard back from University. I would recommend avoiding doing business with this company.

We had to make a choice of spot treatments or going with Bugwiserand tenting the entire house. Unsure of the extent of termite activity, we decided to tent prior to moving into the house. Bugwiser came very highly recommended. With the exception of some big PHX based company, Bugwiser is the only company that provides this service in Southern Arizona. We always choose small local. At first, we were a bit shocked by the price but it included a long patio and entire house. The quote was more than we were expecting but considering the details of the work the quote didn't seem out of line. On the day of tenting, the team arrived as agreed. They were communicative, professional and friendly.
