He logged in as having performed the service anyway, but his invoice indicated he was only on the premises for two minutes. I checked my video surveillance system camera and he was never on our property at all that day. My complaint to the company was ignored. I then contacted our credit card company and received a full refund. To this day I have never heard back from University. I would recommend avoiding doing business with this company.

We called this company and the owner of the company (Erik) came out right away to take a look. He was very efficient and explained this extremely well. He was able to return a few days later and get the work taken care of in about 3 hours.
