Techniition is very informative. We have used Mule Mountain since moving to Southern Arizona and we have had the best experience.

Best in the Business. Very thorough. Prevention is better than a wheel barrel of money.

Very affordable service. The technician is always timely, professional, and cordial. Any time I have had to call the office and/or email, I get a prompt response. Highly recommend the company. read more

I have had their service for about 3 years now. Zero problems. They have always taken care of whatever issues we identify. They tell us the day before what time they will show and they show up in that window. They always come to the door to let us know they are in our yard and ask if we have any critter issues they should address on this visit. Anthony has been providing us service for a while now and he is awesome. Highly recommend Mule Mountain (and Anthony). Three years and no critter problems, and no service or billing problems. It's on autopilot and the bugs are never an issue. read more

We have been very satisfied with Mule Mountain Post Control. The techs are courteous and friendly. They listen to your issues and address them. It's nice to see fewer or no insects inside and you find them on the perimeter or your home and not moving! If they find an issue or possible concern they bring it to your attention so you can take either take action, or have them, before it becomes a problem. A great value for the peace of mind you receive. read more

I have always had great, timely and courteous service from Mule Mountain Pest Control. The chemicals do not smell, the providers are quick to educate us on how long to keep our pets indoors, and our service people are always friendly. Always. I have never had attitude or a bad experience from the technicians. It makes me so happy to have no bugs with no hassles. read more

Hector did a great job! I have used Mule Mountain Pest Control in the past and will continue to use them. He took the time to ask me about my pest concerns and offered suggestions on how to mitigate the problem. He removed 2 hornet nests, including one I didn't even know I had. I highly recommend this company. They are very thorough and payment is easy to pay online through their secure payment link. Very affordable too! read more

We live out in Hereford where there are plenty of bugs, scorpions, mice, everything you can think of! We have tried three different pest control services and Mule Mountain is BY FAR the most reliable in town and has the best prices too. We always have our technician Miguel text us when he's on our way, since I have a little baby it's always great to know when he's going to show up. He's always super informative about their services and makes sure our garage and sides of our house are always good to go. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs pest control for their home! read more

Had the horrifying experience of finding a scorpion in the sheets when I stripped the bed. Made an on-line request for an estimate. One week later still no response from Mule Mountain. Given the situation, I contacted Truly Nolan the next day -- and had someone at my door 2 hours later. Can't say how good Mule Mountain service is -- but a company that doesn't respond promptly, doesn't want -- nor deserve -- my business read more

Stephen is always on time and asks me if we have any concerns and what, if any, activity we've noticed since our last service. He's knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in completing our pest control and now weed control service in a timely manner. We have been customers for nearly two years and I highly recommend Mule Mountain Pest Control. read more

Ernie did a thorough and profession inspection of my prospective new home. He explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and explained what I should look out for in the future. Highly recommended. read more

Very polite, accommodating of my schedule, and provided a very comprehensive treatment.

Update: Our opinion of Mule Mountain has gone down, not up, since I wrote this review. Our rodent problem has not been solved and there has not once been someone who has said "let's see what we can do about it." We have given them plenty of money, I have had to do most of the exclusion work and we still have the problem. I have had lengthy conversations with them on the phone, and despite the response to my review, there has not been any misunderstanding or miscommunication. Bottom line: if you want to solve a rodent problem, I highly suggest looking for someone else. We found a company that seems to want to stop the problem, not just charge us a monthly fee. At least that's given us some hope. read more

They never responded to the request for service. I got an email that they had received the request then nothin.

Brandon did great. It has been a really dry winter and i have already seen sun spiders out on my porch. He sprayed for that as well as all the other critters. Haven't seen anything crawling around since. He always asks beforehand if i am having any issues with anything before he starts and he gets the job done. Thank you. read more

Matt is the best technician I have ever had. Always on time and always does a great job. Highly recommend Mule Mountain. Started with Patrick back at my old condo as we had a German Roach problem, once one neighbor had them we all did. Patrick came, walked the house, described everything and had these under control and pest free a few visits later. I was impressed as they are a hard, disgusting creature to get rid of. We have used Mule Mountain almost 2 years now, and Jim now continues to treat our new home. They always check in, book appropriate times, and ask if any concerns, new infestations. Have had no problems since Mule Mountain has been treating our homes! read more

I absolutely love Mule Mountain!! They are so easy to work with and the office staff is fabulous. Our technician, Josh, provides outstanding service! He is knowledgeable (14 years in the business), professional, friending, caring, and a great communicator. He takes time to understand my questions or concerns and he fully explains everything. He is also very detail oriented, which I greatly appreciate it. You cannot go wrong with Mule Mountain. I have no idea what I would do without them. read more

Mule Mountain was our savior! Holy moly did we have a lot of bees, but they came out here and not even 24 hours later we are bee free! We just moved into our rental a week ago, and were in the process of getting our power, water, and gas turned on. Unfortunately we had already gone 5 days without gas (aka hot water) when the gas guy arrived, and told us we had a huge infestation of bees surrounding the gas pipes (of course, of all the places). Our rental property realized this was a little on the urgent side, and called around to different pest control companies to see who could come out immediately - and that was Mule Mountain. Ernie was prompt in heading over, so courteous, and a real professional. He handled everything very quickly, and even offered to come back with the gas guy to help him if he still wasn't comfortable with any of the remaining bees around!! I've never had a bee problem before, so a few hours after he left and we saw enormous amounts of angrily swarming bees around our house, I called Ernie to ask if this was normal and about how long it would be for them to die off (we were literally running to our cars because of how angry these bees were). He called me back the next day, and when I didn't answer actually stopped by again to check it out! Phenomenal service. I can't speak for any of the other pest control companies in the area, but Ernie is a rock star and you will not be disappointed hiring him. read more

My last pest control guy couldn't seem to show up on time or at all. Matt was a little early, got straight to work. Took care of the front and back yard as well as the garage and the house! Looking forward to continued support from Mule Mountain Pest Control! read more

We came across Mule Mountain Pest Control at the Salsa Festival in Maricopa, AZ. From the first impression to the continued service we have received has been exceptional. Patrick is very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He cares about his customers and it shows as he cares for your home and property. Patrick calls and let's me know when he will coming to service our property. It is tough when neither neighbor is willing to pest control service thus making it harder for Patrick to keep control. His work is amazing as we see not scorpions. My son and I like to hunt them and smash them with a hammer. A few months after Patrick started treating we have been shut out. We have had many pest control companies knock on our door and promise the world and claim they are the best. NOT SO....Patrick and his team at Mule Mountain Pest control are the BEST. We are a customer for life. read more

I had recently moved in and kept finding roaches and other unwanted pests in my new home. Patrick came and treated the whole house, inside and outside, for a very reasonable price. I immediately started noticing dead bugs and roaches within a few days after the treatment. Patrick, the owner, also happened to find termites during his inspection. He was honest and informed me that because I had just moved in, that the company that previously treated the house before I moved in may have a guarantee for up to a year to keep treating the house. I was unaware of that and it turned out to be true. As a result, Patrick ended up saving me a considerable amount of money when he could have not mentioned that and gotten the business for himself. It is very rare to meet someone with such integrity and honesty. As a result, I signed up with Patrick for monthly service and will be going to him for all my pest control needs in the future. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Thank you very much Patrick--my family and I are grateful for your honesty and for doing such a nice job keeping our house pest-free. read more
