This is life and death. No cooking, no hot water, and no HEAT. I burned all the wood in the woodpile. When the employee came to turn it on, he was quite rude about the whole thing. What have I been doing all these years going to the MVD?! I recently discovered this third party…read morebusiness and wow! Never going anywhere else. I walked in without an appointment, was immediately greeted, put in line, and taken care of after less than 10 minutes of waiting. To switch over a title and registration it took about a half an hour, so in total I was in there less than 45 minutes. Extremely impressive. On top of being timely, the building is nice. The employees are kind and interested. Both employees I spoke to offered their heartfelt condolences. Just everything about the whole experience was 5 million times better than the MVD. There is a service fee--I think it was $35, but it was worth every penny. I'll be coming here exclusively from now on for all of my MVD related business.
