But behind this is much more than people who dont care, it is regulations, time constraints and they are governed by the Arizona Corporation Commission. You are billed by how much you use, if your use is much higher than previous tenant, they call this to your attention, if you think the cost of Gas is too high call the ACC. When people dont get their way, the employees automatically become rude. This is no way is a reflection on this company.
