This outfit doesn't get that concept. I visited mid-day on a Thursday, no one in the facility except several employees behind a plexi-glass screen. One offered to help me until she found out I had no appointment, she advised that they only accept appointments and the soonest one was a week and a half away....WTF, she had a paying customer in front of her, she had a computer screen in front of her, in the amount of time it took to refuse service, she could have handled my issue, no one else was in the business and she was chasing away the only customer in sight. This place needs some serious customer service training, until then..... STAY AWAY.

I recently had an issue that needs to be mentioned. I asked on two separate visits about the…read moreregistration status of a vehicle I bought from a private party. The seller had already paid for almost a full year of tabs, and I wanted to confirm whether I needed to register it immediately or if transferring the title was enough. Both times I was told I didn't need to register yet and could just transfer the title. Unfortunately, that advice was incorrect. I ended up getting pulled over for "fraudulent" plates because the registration had been terminated the moment the title changed. I understand that it's ultimately the owner's responsibility to know the rules, but I specifically asked for guidance and relied on Donna's as an MVD service provider. The incorrect information led to an avoidable legal issue. I also noticed a one‑star review from October 19, 2021 describing a very similar situation -- quick service, but inaccurate guidance that caused problems later. My experience seems to reflect the same pattern. Donna's is fast and convenient, but customers should double‑check any advice related to title transfers and registration. Accurate information matters when it can lead to legal consequences.

The employees are kind and interested. Both employees I spoke to offered their heartfelt condolences. Just everything about the whole experience was 5 million times better than the MVD. She said to come back when I have the right certificate. Fast forward to today- I go to the superior court who tell me that my certificate is legal and binding and fine. I go back to this place and wait for another hour while they email to verify that the court clerk was correct. Again, no dice. I was, however given a checklist of acceptable documentation and guess what!!!! My documents were acceptable. I have collectively wasted one full day chasing my tail due to this facility providing incorrect and inaccurate information. Furthermore, the supervisor was sitting in the office in the left hand corner, no lights on hollering orders to people throughout the office. It was just an awful experience.
