He responded by mansplaining to me how lines work, that other people exist, and complaining that he doesn't even get to go home at night, he's so busy. None of that tells me what to expect; it's emotional and personal, two things a service member should never be with a customer. Monday he took delivery of the car but didn't let me know it was there, I had to call to find out. No word by Wed, so I called at the end of the day. He told me he hadn't even cracked the hood, again condescended me by telling me how unimportant I am, how busy he is. Not helpful. But he did tell me Wed I would be the next car up. No word by Friday - didn't answer my call. Sat, Sun, didn't answer calls. Mon (today) a full week later with no contact or communication of any kind, he finally picked up the phone. I told him I'm really trying to get my life back together and knowing when my car will be ready is a key element to that. Just a *rough* estimate, ya know? Are we talking two days or two months? Give me something. That's when he got really nasty. He told me that I'm "clearly trying to get things together, since my car died coming home from a bar on Friday night". That's NOT what happened, he has no way of knowing what happened, but having him suggest that A) I was out partying, B) somehow it would be wrong if I was? C) I don't deserve service if I leave my house on a Friday night is SO out of line. He informed me I just need to have my drinking buddies drive me around if I need to get out so badly. I told him that is not an acceptable way to speak to anyone, let alone a customer. That's when he told me to GET THERAPY and hung the phone up on me. This guy has my car! So I called him back. He picked up and hung up on me. So I called again, he hung up again. 15 TIMES this happened! I have never seen anything so unprofessional in my life. Steve's actions are emotionally immature, verbally abusive and at this point I have no reason to believe he will ever return my vehicle. The police informed me that because I gave him the keys, it's not theft, it's a civil matter. Steve knows this. He knows that I have to choose between letting him berate and belittle me or going to court. Sorry Steve, I do have a backbone and you DO NOT tell customers to get therapy or blame what you perceive to be their lifestyle for your inability to treat people with decency. If I have to file suit, so be it. At the very least that will leave a permanent public record of a customer having to sue you to have their vehicle returned because the alternative of being verbally attacked by you is not acceptable. Steve is a very mean-spirited, cruel person that seems to take personal joy in verbally abusing female customers. I have no idea how his mechanics hold up because I haven't seen them. But I am having a full emotional breakdown because I made the mistake of allowing Those Guys a chance at my business and Steve has spent more time cutting me down as a human being than actually working on my car. He has said unfathomably mean and rude things to me, and he feels confident to do that because he has my car and thus can treat me any way he wants and he thinks I'll just take it and thank him for the abuse. Never again, and I strongly advise you do not let them do this to you. Call ANYONE else, Those Guys are dishonest, mean-spirited and genuinely appear to take joy in emotionally abusing female customers.

ZERO STARS if I could!!!!! Awful service. Extremely…read moreunprofessional. Had scheduled an appointment Thursday morning, for Saturday 10/03/26 at 8am, to switch interlock device to my other vehicle. I waited 2.5 hours before they got started. Apparently, I had to wait for a specific mechanic to do the work. After the first hour of waiting, I asked if we could call the mechanic to see when he'd be in. The guy I spoke with attitude drastically changed. He said, "He'll get here when he gets here, man". I stated that was unprofessional. Then 2 other mechanics were behind me all of a sudden, and I was surrounded. (Utilizing intimidation tactics). I said I didn't want to make a big deal. I just wanted to know what was going on. I eventually said, "Okay, I'll wait". The specific mechanic showed up 1.5 hours after that, took the interlock out of the first vehicle, then told me, "We can't install the device in the other vehicle, because the shop needed a new camera and GPS, we can't use the original". I then called the interlock company, and they verified that statement was not true. The representative even called and spoke with the mechanic. When she got back to me, she told me how rude the individual was with her. I told the mechanic I'm refusing to pay, then he told me, verbatim, "You're going to f***in pay me". I said nope, he told me to get the f*** off the property. I walked to my car, the mechanic, then, walked from behind me, stood in front of my driver door, and began to push me with his shoulder. More intimidating tactics. After he walked away, I moved the car across the street, went to get the second vehicle, but 3 mechanics surrounded my vehicle and just stared me down. I had to get a police officer there to help me get my car before things escalated. Even though my service was not provided, I still had to pay them $200. Because of this, I was not able to make my trip out of town for work, and now facing suspension. Again, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Bunch of employees thinking they can lie, scam, and intimidate customers is out of line. None of those guys deserve to be employed in customer service. Bunch of man children that don't know how to be professional . It's shameful, disgraceful, and pathetic. I feel sorry for all their families for having to deal with those individuals
