I told him that I do not have the money to pay out of pocket and that is why I have the warranty. He went on and on about how much he hates warranty companies and dealing with them, which I found unprofessional. He also told me that there was a hole in the roof of my RV taking advantage of the fact that I have a disability which makes climbing onto the roof of an RV extremely difficult and dangerous. He was just trying to get more money out of me and was willing to take advantage of a woman with a disability. I have had two other people since tell me that there is no hole on the roof of the RV. He took days to get back to me about having my AC fixed which he blamed on how much time he had to spend haggling with the warranty company, leaving me without AC in 110 degree weather. In the mean time I went and bought a portable AC unit and used that. As I was still waiting on "Lightning Fast" to get back to me (the name is the biggest joke in the history of the world) five days later, I called them and told them to forget it because the portable unit was good enough. He said that he was going to bill me for the parts because he had already ordered them. I told him I was not paying for that, because he had made me wait five days in excessive heat and was so unprofessional. He then went off on me accusing me of trying to cheat him out of money (which is total projection because that is exactly what he did to me). He kept harassing me until I blocked his number from my phone. These people are rude, dishonest, unprofessional, and terrible to deal with. Use a reputable company and not these crooks.

They made an appointment way ahead of time and sent texts as to when they would show up. I have a 2005 G38J and usually do all the maintenance myself despite my handicap. This repair was more than I could handle. After all, it's twenty years old, things are going to break down. I had a VERY difficult repair to my slide mechanisms that three other "mobile" companies said they could fix but didn't. In fact, one of them made it worse, charged me a lot, then left without returning to fix it. Those three just wanted "show up" money and two of them got nothing. I contacted the state atty and got a refund - a year later. I did some deeply educational homework on my slide problems so I could know exactly what and how to fix it. I ordered the parts from HWH in Iowa so they would be here when the right repairman showed up and I wouldn't be billed an exorbitant amount. He washed and waxed the camper. Even removed my old faded map sticker and duct tape residue. We also gathered some kind of mushroom spores that had little black dots that had to be scraped off one by one. Nash had great attention to detail. He was also personable and friendly. His rates are reasonable especially for how dirty it was! He'll be coming back to silicone a few old seals that are starting to crack.
