It's a big shop and they know trucks, clearly by the sight of a fleet of F-250's, duramaxes, F-350 superduty work trucks all in the bays. I am on a work/road trip and an oil line was rubbing on the turbo exhaust (1400*) and slowly melting it away, also messed up the aluminum fittings at a junction. I took my truck in on Friday for a diagnosis and Brittany called Friday 4:30 and they were almost done but needed a new fitting Monday morning. I picked it up mid day and they'd not only fixed the issue, but tucked the lines as far away from the exhaust as possible. The best part was the price. VERY affordable and clearly a favor for no reason other than a smile. I'd highly recommend you take your vehicle to them! Really a great experience

It's been almost eight months, and many miles later, the windshields are still securely in place.  Thank you, Victor, for a job well done.

The glass window on the back on the shell was damaged by wind in Benson. The window shattered from a micro burst, causing not only the glass to break, but structural damage was done to the shell. He had to order the shell, (it came in way sooner than originally estimated). So, we had taken the truck back to use, as we needed to use the truck. Then, whilst we was away using the truck, it got vandalized, they smashed the window and external damage was also done. So, needless to say, they was able to fix that as well. Just make sure that with any company, what you say is written down so you are both on the right page!

Then Junior showed up promptly. He was so patient, knowledgeable, kind and hard working from start to finish. He went above and beyond. There were no tire shops in Benson that had my tire so he helped me find the next closest place possible . This flat tire was a first for me, I was so stressed out, but Junior was so calm and friendly, I just can't say enough good things about his disposition (especially after speaking with several other tow shops and being met with rude, busy, grumpy men asking if I knew what a flat tire looked like!?) I can't thank Junior enough. He also followed covid guidelines and had his mask on the entire time, not easy in the heat! The only bummer was with temperatures nearing 100, Junior had no A/C in his truck!! It was a long hot drive!!! We were all sweaty, but for me it was temporary. I feel bad for him, he works so hard and doesn't even get a little reprieve from the heat once he's in his truck. Please consider fixing his A/C.

This time I left the car there and it was 8 days before it was finished. This time they said more things were wrong and charged me an additional 900. Would I be there twice in two weeks if they had fixed things right the first time? I seriously doubt it. This guy is a crook and knows nothing about customer service.
