We limped our car a couple of miles until we came across a State Trooper who requested us a tow from their rotation. Oakley's responded a short time later. Then Junior showed up promptly. He was so patient, knowledgeable, kind and hard working from start to finish. He went above and beyond. There were no tire shops in Benson that had my tire so he helped me find the next closest place possible . This flat tire was a first for me, I was so stressed out, but Junior was so calm and friendly, I just can't say enough good things about his disposition (especially after speaking with several other tow shops and being met with rude, busy, grumpy men asking if I knew what a flat tire looked like!?) I can't thank Junior enough. He also followed covid guidelines and had his mask on the entire time, not easy in the heat! The only bummer was with temperatures nearing 100, Junior had no A/C in his truck!! It was a long hot drive!!! We were all sweaty, but for me it was temporary. I feel bad for him, he works so hard and doesn't even get a little reprieve from the heat once he's in his truck. Please consider fixing his A/C.

Luckily they were able to fix it in only 5 hours and charged me a reasonable amount. The next week I was on the highway again and again my car broke down with the same exact problem. This time I left the car there and it was 8 days before it was finished. This time they said more things were wrong and charged me an additional 900. Would I be there twice in two weeks if they had fixed things right the first time? I seriously doubt it. This guy is a crook and knows nothing about customer service.

ZERO STARS if I could!!!!! Awful service. Extremely…read moreunprofessional. Had scheduled an appointment Thursday morning, for Saturday 10/03/26 at 8am, to switch interlock device to my other vehicle. I waited 2.5 hours before they got started. Apparently, I had to wait for a specific mechanic to do the work. After the first hour of waiting, I asked if we could call the mechanic to see when he'd be in. The guy I spoke with attitude drastically changed. He said, "He'll get here when he gets here, man". I stated that was unprofessional. Then 2 other mechanics were behind me all of a sudden, and I was surrounded. (Utilizing intimidation tactics). I said I didn't want to make a big deal. I just wanted to know what was going on. I eventually said, "Okay, I'll wait". The specific mechanic showed up 1.5 hours after that, took the interlock out of the first vehicle, then told me, "We can't install the device in the other vehicle, because the shop needed a new camera and GPS, we can't use the original". I then called the interlock company, and they verified that statement was not true. The representative even called and spoke with the mechanic. When she got back to me, she told me how rude the individual was with her. I told the mechanic I'm refusing to pay, then he told me, verbatim, "You're going to f***in pay me". I said nope, he told me to get the f*** off the property. I walked to my car, the mechanic, then, walked from behind me, stood in front of my driver door, and began to push me with his shoulder. More intimidating tactics. After he walked away, I moved the car across the street, went to get the second vehicle, but 3 mechanics surrounded my vehicle and just stared me down. I had to get a police officer there to help me get my car before things escalated. Even though my service was not provided, I still had to pay them $200. Because of this, I was not able to make my trip out of town for work, and now facing suspension. Again, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Bunch of employees thinking they can lie, scam, and intimidate customers is out of line. None of those guys deserve to be employed in customer service. Bunch of man children that don't know how to be professional . It's shameful, disgraceful, and pathetic. I feel sorry for all their families for having to deal with those individuals
