No one ever wants to have issues with their car while traveling on the highway. I am leaving Wilcox heading back to Tucson when my car throws a crazy warning, "oil pressure too low, turn off engine immediately"! I am like what?!?! So I call up my husband via Siri and ask him to find me a place to have this checked out. He calls Super Lube Plus in Benson, AZ. I had about 8 miles to go, so I basically took it slow around 55-60 with my lights flashing so the other semis and cars would not think I was crazy driver. I arrive to Super Lube and immediately they greet me and ask me to wait inside while they check my car. The oil level was about 2/3. And I had no leaks. So they were thinking it was a sensor. They put in a bit more oil to just to see if the sensor liked it with a bit more oil. These gentlemen were awesome! So polite and helpful. Explained and showed me the level and didn't want to charge me for the service. I shook their hands and told them how grateful I was for them and their help. It is a huge peace of mind to arrive at a place you are using as an emergency and feel so thankful for their professionalism! Thank you so much for your help today!! read more

We were traveling from Centeal Texas to Phoenix and the transmission started overheating. We found Super Lube on Goggle Maps half hour away and gave them a call. Eric was so great. Watch out for non advertised upcharges. I have a 2013 Fiat 500 and was charged an extra $15.00 for a synthetic oil and filter change stating that this car used a "special oil and filter". I have owned this car for over 3 years and have never been charged extra for special oil and filter, not even at this shop. Not a very honest way to run a business. I will not be back and suggest you do the same. read more

Went here this morning for an oil change and was greeted nicely. I was asked the normal questions, first time here?,what are we having done today, etc. I explained just an oil change. Semi synthetic, I think that's what recommended (have maintenance for life w/ Nissan) but couldn't get in I told the greeter. Make a long story short. My bill was 84 dollars and some change. When I reviewed the invoice I had received a full synthetic oil change without be advised or asked! I asked the greeter who also works the desk about it and she did not know how the mechanic knows which type of oil to use, she said she's new. I asked her to just mention it to the mechanic and paid my bill. When I looked at prior paperwork from Nissan it is a blend/semi synthetic to be used. So I paid for a service I did not need at a higher cost to me. read more

We were on a long road trip when our engine suddenly overheated. They were SO kind! The receptionist was friendly, and our mechanic was wonderful. They gave our whole car cold waters while we waited. They took us in last second, and ran the diagnostics. They were so helpful- answered all our questions and even took the time to explain and give pointers to help run better. They even told us stop areas along our route to stop at and cool off. The nicest part? Didn't charge us a dime. He wouldn't even take a tip!!! So sweet. Highly recommend. read more

I can't recommend this place enough! I just needed an oil change for a 2003 Tahoe. They did the oil change, vacuumed the interior, checked several running points, checked the tires and added air. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. Very nice crew and owner on premises. And the total cost was 1/3 of what I expected to pay. Great shop with a fully equipped underground work bay. Based on watching them and the vibes I got, I'd trust them with any repair or maintenance from simple to major. Honest and fair are two words that aren't often used when talking about auto repair shops. If you live near Benson, make Super Lube Plus your go-to for auto repair! read more
