Came into the shop and it turns out they don't use other parts besides their own. I had to tow my wife's car here because it wouldn't start and they upsold the crap out of me on a new "certified" starter part. Told me they would give me a military discount over the phone but didn't honor it at the store as my "service was ineligible for the discount". I overpaid which was fine since Sierra Vista is really limited, but what really upset me is that they didn't put the cover over the starter and left it exposed. This lead to another issue a couple of days later and they didn't want to take responsibility because the car was out of the shop and not their problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
