I believe they did a good job on my car. The reason I did not give five stars is that I had to change my daughters #2 dirty diapers twice and in the men's restroom there is no changing table. I don't know if that was the case for the women's restroom, but I am a man, and that is not my place to be. I know this issue is out of the hands of most people working at that location, but the one who has the power to make a change, there is plenty of space in the means room to add the table. No one ever called, text, or emailed me to reschedule. I called back the morning of my appointment and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back and he tried to put me on hold again. I understand you can be busy, but I just needed to know what was going on with my appointment. He stated that he had a customer and was busy, and my appointment was probably canceled, but that was enough for me. The first incident was last year for my oil change and tire rotation they did my oil change and called to ask me if I want new air filters, but when I went to get my car they said they could not unlock my tires for the rotation. I asked why they didn't ask me about that on the call to up-sale me and I could have told them it was in with the spare tire. So yeah unfortunately I am done with this shop, sorry.

Came into the shop and it turns out they don't use other parts besides their own. I had to tow my wife's car here because it wouldn't start and they upsold the crap out of me on a new "certified" starter part. Told me they would give me a military discount over the phone but didn't honor it at the store as my "service was ineligible for the discount". I overpaid which was fine since Sierra Vista is really limited, but what really upset me is that they didn't put the cover over the starter and left it exposed. This lead to another issue a couple of days later and they didn't want to take responsibility because the car was out of the shop and not their problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ESPECIALLY SOLDIERS THAT HAVE TIME SENSITIVE ASSIGNMENTS.
