OKAY RV peeps, I have had the ABSOLUTE BEST service from a local Mobile RV repair. These guys are…read morephenomenal. They made an appointment way ahead of time and sent texts as to when they would show up. I have a 2005 G38J and usually do all the maintenance myself despite my handicap. This repair was more than I could handle. After all, it's twenty years old, things are going to break down. I had a VERY difficult repair to my slide mechanisms that three other "mobile" companies said they could fix but didn't. In fact, one of them made it worse, charged me a lot, then left without returning to fix it. Those three just wanted "show up" money and two of them got nothing. I contacted the state atty and got a refund - a year later. I did some deeply educational homework on my slide problems so I could know exactly what and how to fix it. I ordered the parts from HWH in Iowa so they would be here when the right repairman showed up and I wouldn't be billed an exorbitant amount. I asked pointed questions to the hopeful repairman and he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. PRECISION RV REPAIR in Tucson is the best. Noah is a hydraulics and RV Master. He's personable, polite, and lets you know every step he's taking. Phone: 520-500-6692 Email: Service@PrecisionRV.net If you are around Tucson and have ever had the need for a repairman for your RV, they are the company to call. I cannot express my relief from frustration enough to have found an HONEST, RELIABLE, and AFFORDABLE Rv repair company. I'm so elated to find a knowledgeable local company that I'm posting this. I'm not paid as an advertiser, just a VERY, VERY, VERY happy customer who wants to shout it out to those who need help.

Noah is great. Replaced one of the motors for the slide out and got the system working again…read more Professional, friendly, explained what he was doing, and patient in answering questions. Would not hesitate to call Precision RV again with repair needs.

I guess we wereboth so trusting, that the people we were dealing with are trustworthy. We noticed that one of the blinds on the bunk beds is missing and the strip of LED lights for the recliner chair is missing. We tried contacting our salesman, Francisco, but he just directed us to the Service Department. And they are not very helpful, at all. It's been a few days since we have informed them about the issues, and nobody has contacted us, since. I think, they're just concerned about selling their units and not caring about their customers after they made their money. This is very disappointing. And I don't think I will do business with them next time. I don't recommend this place at all.

My wife and I took her out on our first major camping trip to Grand Lake, Oklahoma. Our trip back home on June 7th, 2024 the hanger for the axle leaf spring separated from the from and caused damage to the axle and undercarriage, including blowing out a tire. The insurance company denied the coverage due to wear and tear, existing rust and stress cracks in that area of the frame. The sales manager (Art) of Lazydays in Tucson said that they are not responsible...... and it's past the 30-day purchase warranty. I was never asked to purchase anything other coverages either. Lazydays: Annual sales loss.... 2021 = 82 million 2022 = 66 million 2023 = 110 million, their largest LOSS Please be aware of their business tactics, just saying. We are out $16,500.00 I have attached a couple of photos for reference... a lot more damage was done though.
