I accidentally backed into a barbed wire fence at home and bent my rear number pretty bad. Scratched the sides ar well. After researching auto body company's, I decided on Innovation. Needed some insurance repairs to my car & had my choice of shop, ... didn't know who to trust. Searched carefully & chose to give Innovation Auto a try, even though a fairly new business. From the first visit with 'Stefany' in the front office, I felt good about the Shop's abilities and moral. Pleasantly surprised is an understatement! Good communication, full disclosure, friendly, conscientious workmanship that finished with an outstanding job! They called & paid for an "Uber" drive to my car rental -- both ways. Texts with updates! Work was done in about a week, including ordering of myriad parts to restore full functioning original equipment options -- MUCH faster than I expected! I even wrote a "rap" song to commend these guys, and I don't really like rap! (Stefany may share it freely with my permission.) ... I won't include it here because of length, but it is so NICE to find good people & workmanship! They cleaned up my headlight lenses, buffed and blended paint ... so there would not be such a "happy"/old contrast between their "like-new" finish & the adjoining areas. Thoughtful. My car looks distinctly better overall than it did before the accident. May seem subjective, but being a family business, 'Dad' has decades of previous high-quality experience and is joined by many of his family whom you can tell care about each other and carry that authenticity & craftsmanship over to customers. I am a craftsman at whatever work I engage, so I know the details, the character integrity & follow-through it takes. I wish the Shop, entire crew & family, continued growth and success. Slammed into a couch that had fallen into the road and wrecked the front bumper on our SUV. It's ridiculous how much damage was done moving at low-speeds. The front-end repair cost (parts, lights, housing, and undercarriage components) was within the insurance budget and to Mercedes spec. I don't write too many reviews but after my experience here I had to! I confidently recommend this business and had such an easy hassle free transaction! I went to another highly rated/reviewed business in town and during the quote for service knew I didn't want to work with them. I am so glad I found Innovation Auto Collision instead! I was paying cash and wanted to be sure I was being treated fairly. What I found was an honest, kind and trustworthy family! They treated me with respect, made every repair easy to understand and were beyond transparent. After I picked up my car the work was perfect!! It sparkles in the sun, which is difficult since my car has a 3-stage red paint. You can't even tell there was damage. They even fixed a few dents on the rear, reinstalled my broken driver's (indoor mirror) and cleaned ALL the dog hair out of my car (that is impressive!) I am certain they washed my dirty floor mat which I was going to replace (eventually) but now I don't need to! I felt like I was treated with such a tremendous amount of respect. Unlike other collision centers in town, this company repairs things rather than ordering new bumpers or car sections and installing them. My issue had to do with the front bottom of the car being torn and scratched as well as 5 or 6 dings and such on both doors. After going thru insurance company suggested centers, I found this company thru a friend.
