Unfortunately, my car has been involved in two minor accidents in the two years of its short life and has been repaired each time by Spectrum. This is a tri-coat color that I've been told by others is extremely hard to match - not for Spectrum. They have done the minor body work to perfection and laid down paint better than the factory. They are professional, courteous and go out of their way to keep the owner informed of progress. They work closely with Enterprise rental so that you are not inconvenienced while having your car repaired. As long as they are there, they will be my go to auto body although I sincerely hope I never need them again :-) read more

every time i go to the passenger side of my vehicle, i'm reminded of the crappy attempt they made to fix it. the first time i went to pick it up, when it was supposedly done.(5 weeks longer than estimated) i noticed what looked like a dent on the repair area from 25+ feet away in their parking lot. walked out with the office employee / manager to show him and it was actually poor body work that was painted and cleared (smooth but looked like a crease in the door) not to mention the over spray on the other panels and poor buffing of the clear coat that showed near several edges of the repair area and missed spots in the middle. had to take it home that day and bring back another day for warranty work. after the warranty work was done , i pointed out the orange peel effect and poor finish of the work. in the original paint (untouched by them) you can read a name tag backwards on a work uniform shirt - on their finished work you cant even recognize the letters on the name tag, the office employee / estimator/ manager said that they are not going to do any better on the quality of the finish / texture. what good is a warranty, when they straight out tell you that's the best we are going to do. also noticed after i picked it up after the warranty repair attempt. a fresh paint chip in the front bumper, the female secretary made a comment that she had a hard time seeing over the hood when she pulled it out of the shop to the parking lot. she didn't say that she hit something, but 1+1 still equals 2 and the male office / estimators / managers had already left or were hiding the back like a%$#@&^! if you had them repair your vehicle and are happy with the repair i suggest you have it inspected by a professional body repair shop, you might be surprised what they point out. read more

Over a year ago, I backed into a dumpster wall. The damage included breaking the gas cover. After getting quotes from several auto body places, my husband and I chose Spectrum. The car is 10 years old and has high mileage, so I only wanted to fix the dent and the gas cover. I didn't care about anything else. Their service is friendly, professional and personal and unlike a high-pressure car dealership that provides a body shop. I had an unfortunate incident where some recently placed items in our garage were not placed securely; and as a result came Crashing down on the front end of my car causing my bumper to completely come undone. My car was undrivable. I towed it over to spectrum and they took care of everything from there. Luckily they are hooked up with a car rental and I dropped my car off, picked up my rental, and I felt like they knew what they were doing. They kept in constant communication with me through telephone calls and text messages. After one week of waiting - - but being informed as to what was going on - - I went to pick up my car. They had even mini detailed my car! They made it look like it was brand new again even though it is four years old! Javier and Roger were the best! I almost felt like I had known them for years. Quick and simple explanation to why a low review . Came in 8/15/22 for an appointment to fix my bumper which was scraped , and the wrap was taken off the drivers side due to a hit and run at the grocery store. I also wanted the sensors checked on the back . Majority of the issue was cosmetic . When I returned 8/19 /22 , they pulled my car into the front of the shop I noticed some new nicks and scratches around the vehicle but nothing was going to prepare me for the fact that my SUNROOF WAS BROKEN. The only part that was supposed to be looked at was the bumper and the sensors on the back of the vehicle. I have no idea why this place would decide to play with the buttons inside of the vehicle and break the sunroof. By the way, it's monsoon season here in Tucson, my car was postponed a day late due to the rainy weather. So my question is why was my sunroof even open to begin with ? The buttons are on the ceiling part of the vehicle . The car should have only been used to drive the car in and out of the bay . Now I have to go to an actual dealership in Phoenix because they're no Lincoln service techs in Tucson, where maybe their technicians are monitored a little bit better. This has cost me extra money time and effort. The fact that they treated my car so irresponsible is beyond belief. I take pride in my car , it's an expensive vehicle bought it for 80k and for them to just treated this way it upsets me. This place I do not trust any more and I hope potential customers understand the risks they will be taking if their vehicle is brought here. They did offer me to bring it back Monday for the tech to look at it at but unfortunately I don't trust the techs there . 8/31/2022 - last Thursday called left message with a female member stating wanting to talk about my review and issue with my SUV. They took name and number never heard back after a week . If they can't respond to my message after I left a review and a call back number then my business isn't important . Good luck to those who come here . I just know after $2,000 to fix my sunroof from their "detail" I can personally say customer service couldn't save this place . 0/5 stars . Recently my Chrysler Crossfire Limited Roadster had a complete front to rear new paint job. No body damage, just repaint. The quality of the paint job was excellent. The body was completely stripped. All the original paint was carefully removed down to the factory primer paint. However, on the front bumper the two holes for a prior front license plate mounting bracket were not filled in as on work order and as on the quote. Also above that location is a piece of thick cloth tape on the front bumper that was just painted over instead of being removed. Very unprofessional on both items. read more

I saw spectrums excellent reviews, and since they're close to my home in Oro Valley. I stopped by. they gave me an estimate right away that I considered to be very fair. Took my prize Autocross car in to repair a 3" dent in the rr quarter. I should have DIY, but I wanted it 'right'. They wanted the car for a month, which seemed a long time for the repair. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst work I've ever seen for painting. If you want your car to be painted well I would recommend staying as far from here as possible. I had them paint an aftermarket lip for my vehicle less then two months ago and this is what I have to show for it in that time frame. To start off, when I first picked it up, there was noticeable bad orange peel on the front of it. I had come in about a month later after picking up because the paint had started to peel on one side already and spoke to Javier and was told they don't warranty their paint on aftermarket parts. Had I been told this prior I would not have had them paint it in the first place. They charged me $234 for the worst paint job I have ever seen and wanted to do nothing about it to make things right. This would be zero star rating if we could...We brought our truck in for a quote for bumper, tailgate and full paint job. I even walked Javier around the vehicle to show dings and paint sun damage. I was happy with his quote for my list of requests, so I didn't even get further quotes as planned. I assumed the quote was correct for all repairs and paint as we spoke about it in detail. But when we went to pick up the truck, it was not painted in full. When we spoke to Javier about the truck not getting painted, his response was that he completed all line items as typed out. I honestly feel that I was mislead and got the bait and switch on the contract wording so that they could charge max price for minimal work and not be able to be sued because of contract language. What was worse, is that we even asked him to admit that he missed adding the paint job to the contract or forgot. His extremely rude response was that he "never forgets anything and doesn't make ANY mistakes." He told us to go ahead and review him that he doesn't care and doesn't want our business. He was also exceptionally rude and condescending to my wife when she would try to speak. I would avoid this business at all costs as they do not try to resolve issues or even have ANY customer service. Horrible experience. read more
