I took great care in selecting a business to repair the rear bumper of my less than one year old vehicle that had only some paint/aesthetic damage. It was worth my paying out of pocket given the age of my vehicle to have a quality and gold standard job done. I chose Big Sky for a couple reasons but primarily due to it being privately owned and not a big chain/corporation and also due to the positive customer reviews on all platforms. Xavier and his family business did not disappoint. From intake to delivery back of my 2023 Lexus GX460 I received what I would call nothing less than 'white glove' service. Bumper repair on a new vehicle is not an inexpensive journey, particularly with not being able to get around ADAS/calibration post repair but Big Sky was up front with me upon quoting me services and the entire job/process was worth it to me. They sent me photo's throughout the process, to let me know what was happening and ensured that my vehicle upon check in would not be tagged as collision given it was not with today's systems with vehicles and reporting being so intertwined. The bumper repaint was flawless and they did an top notch job. The real icing on the cake was when I took delivery back of my vehicle and it had been fully detailed (it literally looked better than when I had dropped it off) and there was this lovely touch of a thank you note, information and a bag on the front seat. You truly can't beat quality and care in business these days and that is what you get here. Big Sky has to be one of the best collision shops I have ever had the experience of needing. When I was a kid my parent's friend was the collision shop we used and were treated like gold. This shop treats you like family and works with you. I had special needs and was able to get my needs handled. I highly recommend this shop. So let me start by saying I was on my way back from cali, and I was losing air. It was new years so nowhere was open. We towed my car back, and getting it off the trailer I pulled part of my bumper off, strapped down to tight. Came in for an estimate and ended up making an appointment. So I brought my car in for the bumper, asked about my back seat. I have a 2019 jeep cherokee, and I got new seat covers for xmas. I was able to put on the front seat covers, and the back seat back part alone. So I was asking if they knew how to get the seat part of my back seat up to finish installing the covers. Turns out that its really complicated, and they were able to do it. So they went ahead and installed the last seat cover. It looks amazing. I tipped the text that did the work on my seat cover. They washed my car, and to my surprise they vacuumed it out and cleaned the interior. It looks brand Flippin new. I was so excited about getting my car back. Its like I drove it off the lot, and had new seat covers! They went above and beyond exceptional customer service. Pricing was really good. If anything else happens to my car ill definitely be back. Blue Sky Collision. AWFUL! I would not recommend this horrid place or its owner Javier to my worst enemy. I can't imagine any body shop doing work as terrible as this place. In January of 2018, I entrusted my newly purchased Toyota Highlander to Blue Sky Collison. Javier told me to get there at 8. I did.( And I live Northeast and his shop is south of Valencia) Javier said the work would be done in 2 hrs at most, and had an employee drop me off at a coffee shop. In two hours I called them and they said, ' give us forty five additional minutes." I did . So now its 10 45 a.m. . I call them again.." No your car is still not ready' They FINALLY picked me up close to 2 pm!!!! And no apology. Now I am back at the shop. Gets worse. They bring me my car and its a horrid job.... They didn't sand down the area they said they would, nor paint and sand it. They did not clamp together the fender as he and I had agreed. So there was a significant unsightly gap. I said' Javier please come here and take a look, as this work is not acceptable. Please make this right'" Javier then lost his temper and called me lots of profanities, in Spanish and I fully understood his tirade. I hurled back insults in Spanish. We were both shouting , and I countered his screaming racial epithets with some racial epithets of my own, mirroring his Spanish shouts in English.. ( Yes Javier was born here and speaks English well) So what did Javier do ?? The unprofessional crazed man grabbed my house and car keys from my car, ( stole them!!!!!) and fled to his office and hid them, but I saw where he hid them.. Gets worse. Next, he had his workers box my car in using two pick up trucks, flanking the ends of my car. So THREE serious crimes by Javier. Theft AND unlawful imprisonment, then battery. Ill get to the BATTERY part. I wanted to pay, get out of there, and then dispute the charges later.. He would not let me pay!!!!!! I was in the office and I tried to grab my keys as I saw where he had hastily thrown them -- into a big box of Tshirts advertising Blue Sky Collision. Javier became enraged and physically abusive and grabbed me HARD on one arm, causing pain and a giant colorful bruise. I'm trying to attach the picture. I phoned 911. Eventually the cops came and I paid and drove away. Javier always has surveillance 24/7. Somehow, mysteriously, the video footage of the incident had disappeared. I wanted the police to see it, but Javier cleverly made the important footage disappear before the cops arrived.. I have an older 2003 Honda Accord that I use a lot but it is showing its age. The latest was when the rubber fender cover caught on a cement block in a parking lot and tore badly. I took it to BigSky based on neighbor's recommendations, and received tremendous service. First of all they showed me that the car was actually in much better shape than I thought and explained why I should invest in it. Next, they promised to order manufacturer's parts only, and give it the new look it deserved. It took a little longer to get the parts in this overheated economy, but when they were done, the car really was spectacular. The bumper was perfect, and the big surprise was the total cleanup of the rest of the car. I have never had a car detailed before, but I imagine what they did to my car was a detailing. Everything was clean from the engine to the cabin to the exterior. I love driving it now. I would highly recommend BigSky to anyone needing body work on their car. read more

Took my Jeep in for repairs. I was welcomed and explained the process step by step by Javier. I was kept up to date on everything from conversations with the insurance adjuster to what time I could pick up my Jeep. I needed it a day earlier due to travel plans and they came through by staying late and making sure everything was looked at to the tail lights that had nothing to do with my repair. Big Sky has repaired my vehicles on 3 occasions and I am about to bring in for the fourth time. Their work is carefully done, they go the extra mile for you, and ensure that the insurance company covers all the minor or hidden damage. a guy sideswiped my jeep rubi that i'd had for three months (my baby), and i was interested in getting some estimates for the cost of repair. i ended up choosing big sky collision center, and i am ecstatic i did. javier, the owner, is very knowledgeable and takes all the time needed to talk to you about the repair, what is involved, and how long it will take. he takes no shortcuts. his daughter, dulce, is also involved with the business, and she made absolutely sure that all paperwork was taken care of. the jerk that hit my rubi called big sky and was quite rude...and javier was nothing but polite and professional. he insisted on only the best for my jeep, sent daily updates so i could know what was going on...and despite a couple of setbacks where he thought my jeep would not be ready for another day, he worked his magic and managed to complete the repairs over the original timeline. automobile accidents are never fun, but the staff at big sky made the repairs as quick and painless as possible. my jeep is back to perfect, and it looks as good as new. if i ever need auto body work again, big sky is the first--and only--place i will go. read more

I brought my 2013 Nissan Frontier for some front end body work, as soon as I walked in to Big Sky I noticed that the reception area was absolutely immaculate and very organized. I was greeted by Javier who was the friendliest most knowledgeable auto body collision person that I have met, and I have encountered quite a few in the past. He took me into the work area and I tell you it was as clean and orderly as the front office and his crew seemed very content working there, you could just sense that Javier took pride in his business. I sat down by his desk and we just started chatting for quite a bit which made me feel real comfortable, finally he went through all the steps on what I needed to do and was given a very reasonable quote. One thing that I really liked was he would often send me pictures of the progression of work being done on my truck, I thought that was really cool. I asked him if it was possible if he could paint the bottom half of my bumper to match the top so it was all one solid color and to my surprise when I picked it up today it was done and it was beyond my expectations, I was totally happy with the job it was Top Notch!
