I wish i could give this company NO STARS!!!!!! where to start..... Yevette is the most vile person to deal with EVER!!! Her customer service skills are horrendous!!! During me 5 minute call with her if she wasn't cutting me off, she was yelling over me!! When she was caught in lies she simply said hold please and left me on hold for over 10 mins then when i call back the line is busy busy busy. I have to end up calling another location to get anywhere with the faulty and shotty work they did to my car!! When i finally got through again i was met with yet another rude receptionist that made me answer a slue of questions before transferred me to the manager Amy Jones. What ever happened to when a customer askes to speak to the manager ,they get the manager, not a power tripping receptionist??? I paid for front and rear suspension work on my car that was done incorrectly, was told by AMY JONES that they put used parts on my car when the insurance company is showing that it was listed as a NEW part not recycled part. When told Mrs Jones that i want this fixed properly or i will be contacting the better business bureau, she informed me that i was threatening her!!!! I am waiting for a call back to see how they are going to proceed with this but in the mean time i will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint against Yevette!!!! read more

My driver's side door panel was loose & I first went to an auto repair shop. They told me it would best be fixed by an auto body repair shop because of the parts needed to fix it. Farrah Brown at Top Notch referred me to them & my experience was the very best. I had asked that they inspect all the door panels which they did & found I had 3 that were in need of repair. Because they didn't know until the door panels would be removed just how many clips would be needed , Bella gave me estimates from the lowest to the highest price for doing the repairs. When all the clips came in I scheduled an appointment & the work was all completed in the one visit. As far as the price for the parts & the labor, I was very satisfied. I needed to replace an outside mirror on my Chevrolet Impala. So, I stopped into National Auto to get a quote, which was done for me on the spot. Excellent customer service. I was greeted immediately and asked what service repair I needed. The quote was provided to me in less than 10 min. They said to just call when I was ready to order the part and have them install the new mirror. Within a week or so, I called and ordered the part. It took 24-48hrs to get the part and to have it painted to match my vehicle. I am pleased with all the employees great service, friendliness, and professionalism. My car got into a fight with a pole, and the pole won. I had heard good things about these guys, so I went and got a quote. They are a preferred shop through Allstate, my insurance company, so getting a claim was super easy. My car was repaired sooner than expected, and it looked good as new. Friendly service, and their front desk agent has a great sense of humor. I hope I won't need to go back, but if a pole attacks me again I won't hesitate to take it to national auto! read more

Took my car in for repair. Was given 2 estimates. I accepted the lower estimate (was never told it would not hold up in the long run). The lower estimate was for 4 hours work. It only took 2 hours to repair and when I mentioned it they told me I had already accepted the 4 hour estimate. Plus 2 weeks after the initial repair, my husband took it back and a very nice young lady had a service person add a screw to hold it in place. Had to take it back again, screw did not hold. Manager refused to do any more to solve the problem. Then when i complained, manager at Broadway location lied about the whole incident. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!! read more
