They repaired my damaged sports car quickly and professionally. They gave a good price and dealt with my insurance. So it was very hassle free. My car looks great again! read more

High end quality workmanship. It's the place you never really wanna go, but if you got to ... you might as well go to the best. Rick is very caring about his work. He takes great pride in doing things correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody and I have. My insurance company tried to talk him into getting salvaged parts for my brand new car that got vandalized. He simply wouldn't do it. He called me personally several times throughout the process and my car looks brand new again. Once again, if you have to go for any reason to have your car damage repair, this is the place. I wouldn't take it to anybody else. read more

Ever since I walked into their office, I was greeted professionally and treated very well. I think that they show off all their service requirements all their bills right out front. You can see them at a very good place to bring your car. I have done it and I have been so happy. read more

When I bought my 2017 Chevy Volt I decided that it would probably be the last new car I ever owned, so I tried to take good care of it. It only had 47K miles on it when, sadly, I had an accident. I had the vehicle towed to the dealer where I bought it and because they determined the damage was repairable for less than the vehicle's estimated cash value I thought they would fix it. Unfortunately, the insurance company thought otherwise and declared it a total loss, but that's another story. Long story short, the dealer refused to repair it so I settled with the insurance company, bought the "wreck", secured a salvaged vehicle title from DMV, and was fortunate enough to find my way to Rick's. I mostly dealt with Cassandra, who always returned my calls, text messages, and emails promptly. She scoured the country to find genuine GM replacement parts and kept me posted on the progress of repairs all along the way. When the big day came and I picked up my vehicle, to say I was thrilled would be an understatement. It looked show-room new inside and out, every bit as good as the day I drove it off the dealer's lot. As I drove it home that afternoon, I felt like I was driving a new car. When we took it to DMV the next day for a mechanical safety inspection to get a restored title it passed with flying colors. I could not be happier with my decision to trust Rick and Cassandra. I highly recommend Rick's. read more

As an out-of-state college student, having car trouble away from home can be really stressful, but this shop made the entire experience so much easier. I only came in for a minor repair, and they helped me out so quickly while still treating me with so much kindness and care. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They truly went above and beyond to help me more than I expected, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers. Plus, their shop dog Bruce was absolutely adorable and made the experience even better. I'm so grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

First of all it's not always easy to find a quality family-run business. Many insurance companies have contracts with only the big collision shops in town. Don't get snowballed into 'where' you can have your car fixed. There work is Amazing! Could not be happier with the final result. Pride, Integrity, customer service, 100% A W E S U M!! Bruce the dog is a Great ambassador of making you feel right at home! I could not recommend Rick's with anything less than 5 Stars! read more

Rick and Cassandra are the best! Helped me navigate a bad situation and were awesome help for my son who was involved in an accident

Cassandra at Rick's is a top quality customer service rep. She took care of everything including rental car. My car was hit and run in a parking lot here in Tucson. Rick's did a top notch job on replacing my front bumper and matching it perfectly. My lights were oxidized and they polished them to look like brand new! Even my logo was polished. Our son attends the University of Arizona, and as out-of-town parents, we needed assistance after he scraped the left side of his truck against a barrier while leaving a campus garage. Rick and Cassandra did an exceptional job on the repair! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service truly set them apart from other auto body shops. The pricing was fair, and they even offered a discount for our son as a U of A student -- a much-appreciated gesture. read more

Rick's Collision & Refinishing - Body Shops Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Wow. I rarely write reviews, but I have to write this one. If you need auto repairs go straight to Rick's Collision. This family-run business is amazing. Firstly, and perhaps most importantly, Rick and his team did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. But, for me, it was much more than that. They made it easy to provide online what they needed to prepare an estimate. Booking the appointment online was also a breeze. Rick and Cassandra are a delightful couple who made the experience so enjoyable. I know, that's hard to believe in an auto repair shop, but they quite simply love life, and it shows, both in their welcome and their work. I felt like I was at home, chatting with Cassandra and their dog, Bruce. Even if you are not a dog lover, I guarantee you will love Bruce. I cannot recommend Rick's Collision any higher. 10-stars out of 5. read more

After a head on collision, National Auto was suggested by my insurance to fix my car. Immediately, I noticed problems, but they made me feel as if I was over reacting and it was in my head. After bringing my Vehicle to Rick's Collision for an entirely separate matter, they too noticed multiple things wrong without me even saying a word. They were even able to work w the insurance company to re fix and re install everything properly. They communicated through the entire process and were able to return my vehicle looking amazing. Cassandra and Rick are very knowledgeable in what they are doing, and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.. you can't say that about a lot of the auto shops around here. I can't say enough good things about them and the way they care about their customers and safety. read more

Rick, Cassandra, and the entire team were fantastic. They took the time to thoroughly inspect all the scratches and dents on my truck, and even suggested a few custom touches, like changing the color of the hood logo to make it really stand out. The paint match was spot-on, which isn't easy with this particular finish, and the final result looks completely factory. Throughout the process, they kept me updated, arranged rides for me both ways, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was still perfect. This is a small, family-owned shop, and it shows in their service--they genuinely care. Rick, the owner, has a true passion for cars, and it comes through in the quality of work. If you want your vehicle repaired with care, attention to detail, and a personal touch, this is the place. Not some run-of-the-mill chain--just honest, skilled people who do it right. read more

I recently busted up the front end of my car and, for the first time, needed the help of a body shop. I Googled "auto body shops near me" and Rick's Collision popped up. I made a call, got an appointment and right away felt like I had been steered right. Rick's and Cassandra put me at ease, did a quick turnaround on assessing the damage and offering a quote. Three days later, my 12-year-old Honda looked nearly brand new. It's rare enough to find any sort of business that makes you feel good while doing outstanding work. Although I hope I don't need it, they have my business for good. read more

I was in love with this company before, but now I am enchanted, too! I took my car in for a repair that I knew would cost nearly $800. They repaired the car quickly ,efficiently and then told me that they did not have to use all the parts and gave me an invoice for $200 less than the estimate! This after making the car drivable the day I came in for an estimate as a good will gesture. I wish they did more than Collision and Refinishing so I could go there with more than just a busted-up car. How about my vacuum cleaner, air conditioner, TV? Anything to go see these great folks! read more

Rick's Collision & Refinishing - Looks like brand new! Thank you, Rick's Collision & Refinishing - Body Shops Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Where do we start? I would call this white glove treatment ! Cassandra greeted us; gave us reassurances and became our interface to the offender's insurance company. I had been rear-ended while stopped at a street light. Damage didn't look terrible - but, there was more than damage than initially obvious. The insurance company wanted to get off with a minimum payment, but Cassandra provided extra photos and information -- the result: all work was covered. Then it was time to pick up the car -- WOW ! It looks new (with all Original Manufacturer's parts) -- they even detailed the car to perfection. All work was meticulous. I hope you never need their services, but if you have damage to a car, be sure you remember Rick's Collision and Refinishing ! read more

When my Honda CRV required repairs, I called Rick's, sent photos, and had an estimate in short order. Certain Honda CRV parts are a rare commodity, however, Casandra (through many phone calls) managed to find a solution. Throughout the process, they provided regular updates, completed the work thoroughly, and offered excellent customer service - a refreshing experience in this day and age. I was so impressed that I'd almost consider staging an "accidental" incident just to engage with their team again. read more

I have a 2020 Camry that was backed into by a friend's car that ended up leaving a huge dent in the driver's side passenger door, which became an eye sore quickly and was annoying to open and close as it became having to slam it in order to close it all the way. Rick and his team really took the time to get a new door to replace the old and even coat it the same color as the original paint, while they painted and buffed out some little chips on the driver door and near the passenger tire. Honestly was shocked to see my car look like the day I got it, with no trace of there ever being a giant dent in it before. Definitely impressed and appreciate the staff for not only making it look like nothing happened, but also keeping me updated the whole time it was in shop. 10/10 recommend. read more

This is an incredibly delayed review, but Rick's is absolutely amazing. I got more than a door ding, hit so hard the door at first wouldn't open, and then wouldn't close. Rick's handled everything from the minute I got the car there, and they had towing and transportation for me available, which is a level of service I've not experienced. They dealt with my insurance, ensured my car was repaired with parts that are robust and not high fail. The repaint was meticulously executed, the door looks brand new, never driven off the lot. I truly can't say enough about the attitude (I guess I didn't mention how incredibly kind everyone was), level of service, work product (perfect), timeliness (car was done within a few days, less than a week), price reasonableness AND dealing with the insurance company so I didn't have to. Can't recommend Rick's Collision & Refinishing enough, and I do to every who needs body work on their cars. read more

I had an excellent experience at Rick's. I needed a few parts replaced so the left tire would drive straight. I called a lot of places, most of which did not answer or respond, or said they were backlogged for weeks. Tim picked up the first time and said they could get started right away. It took a few days for parts to arrive, but as soon as they did, they fixed my car the next day. I love their office dog, Bruce, who takes it upon himself to greet you in his snazzy bowtie. I also appreciate how the staff were communicative through the whole process. Also, they washed my car! I didn't even recognize it. It drives much better than before and the price was fair. I was provided with an itemized receipt. read more

My car's left fender sustained minor damage from a person who sideswiped it in town. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs collision repair work done. read more

I wish I could give them 6 STARS! Where to begin?! From the first phone call through picking up our vehicle from he folks at Ricks -- it was Al seamless and a truly please try experience! Cassandra was friendly and flexible in getting us in to provide us with a quote. My son took my car in for me and when I later spoke w Cassandra she asked how he was doing following up in a brief conversation they had had. She explained the details of the quote to me thoroughly and was able to get our car in immediately. She even messaged w me over the weekend as I was unexpectedly able to drop the car off on a Sunday morning and she ensured that they would move it into their gated area that day. The repairs were completed within a few days and the car looks as good as new. I have been taking our cars to two local dealerships in town for repairs and they could learn a thing or two from the people at Rick's!
