Unfortunately, we were hit from behind while at a stoplight, and our vehicle needed some bodywork. It was a joy working with the folks at Cutting Edge. Their office manager was friendly and the repair team repaired it like new. Hopefully, we will not need these services again, but if we do, it will be by the Cutting Edge Collision Center. read more

Amazing, amazing. Cutting Edge puts the big collision companies to shame. They were able to save my car from getting "totalled" by insurance. There estimate was one-third of other collision estimates and the job they did was phenomenal. The adjuster from the insurance company said Cutting Edge worked miracles. read more

Came here because my insurance recommended it and didn't want to fund my own shop. My car got postponed once and I had to bring my car back once as well as when I was driving I heard rushing air turns out they didn't install my back window correctly so they had to take it off and put it back on right. Other than that pretty okay service I wish they would have texted me updates rather me having to check in every week. read more

first off I was in a wreck 2015 Toyota Prius. They said my car was old but yet I've only had it for less than a year. I was hit from behind. They say the rear door has nothing to do with. But yeah, I can show you pictures that it was Bent up. Their solution was. To take a grinder and and fix the problem that way, even though they didn't want to correct the problem the right way I get my car back and now my hood won't open. I had to go to another shop to get it I wouldn't trust these people. They say a rear end collision has nothing to do with the front end. I said everything could've forward. could've popped the plastic hood release whatever they didn't it but yet when you take your car to a shop that's been in a wreck. They should do a checkpoint to go over everything in the car but yet they say it is my problem. I have to fix it myself even though before I was in this wreck, my car was in perfect working condition. The law that they have to give it back to you in the state that it was before you were in the wreck it is crazy what they will tell you and what they will say to you just so they don't the proper job who takes a metal grinder to metal hide the fact of the underlining problem. This is crazy. Good luck if you take your car here. read more

horrible don't recommend upon arrival everything was good then 2 days turned into a week for a bumper that would have been easily swapped in a hour looked up time on prodemand since I work at Toyota . they had the bumper prior to the cars arrival it was not painted and they said it was an extra day they called and said it was ready then I saw my doors they were dented and scratched I was told it was hit by a sign and they lady said I didn't ask if it was hit ??? this should have been told to me since I reached out multiple times and they said it was good now they have my car again for additional repairs week 2 read more

I would be nice if this industry moved into 2025 and didn't require an individual to drive in for a estimate. There is a reason it's called estimate and not a final bill read more

Originally contacted on 9/2/24 by email and again on 9/15/24 with no response. On 9/19/24 spoke to Mike(owner) and was told since he was 5 minutes from house would come by to see cars and provide an estimate. Finally on 10/2/24 he emailed and said would come by on 10/12/24 and see cars. Over 5 weeks after had initially contacted him. Came to my house late with terrible attitude and proceeded to put his hands and fingerprints all over my car. Even though anyone knows the oil, etc on hands, fingers damages the paint and leads to rust. Mike would not provide an estimate despite going over cars as he had a haircut appointment. Told me he would have me estimate by mid week 10/16/24. Since did not hear back from Mike on 10/23/24 I emailed if any update on. No response to email, estimate or call. On 10/25/24 I emailed again "Why no response? At least have the common courtesy to respond. Bad enough I have spent almost 2 months on. You said you would have estimates a week and a half ago. thanks" Of course no response from Mike. After waiting almost a week as again no response, I called today 10/29/24 and was told she was not interested in. I dared to follow up so I hurt his feelings and did not care that wasted 2 months of my life/time. Terrible place. I wasted over 2 months on, multiple phone calls, emails, made cars available and got treated awful. One of worst places I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service!! read more

My car had some underbody rust in areas that I knew about and some I did not know about. When I took it to Cutting Edge Collision, Gary examined it and gave me a price as well as a time line as to when I could expect it. He not only exceeded my expectations with a much faster delivery time, his final price was even better than his quote. I couldn't be happier with Cutting Edge and Gary Hagen and I highly recommend this company. I give 5 stars across the board. Jerry S. read more

Cutting Edge did an amazing job fixing my car. Had a fender bender on Thursday heading home from work. Their insurance accepted responsibility on Friday. Got an estimate Monday morning and Cutting Edge ordered the parts and let me drop the car off same day! It's Thursday now and I got my baby back. Good as new! Even did a better job cleaning it than most car washes in town. Best place to get your vehicle repaired at. Hands down, Cutting Edge Collision Center. Thanks Jenny, Gary, and everyone else who worked on the car! read more

Mike and Brian are incredible! They did a flawless job on my car after it had suffered a couple minor things. They are so friendly, honest and beyond reasonable. I couldn't believe the exceptional service I was shown and how above and beyond they went, even staying past their closing hours to have a friendly conversation. They are some of the best I've come across and I'm going back for next month for a few other things. Thank you guys! read more

Sadly, my 2008 vehicle sustained a front-end hit (3/24). Luckily, by an insured driver. The damage exceeded book value. Although insurance was willing to pay for the repair, I ended up taking the loss, retain the payout, salvage the car, and purchase a new/used one. Feeling good about that decision was in large part because of Jason at Cutting Edge Collision Center. Already (over the past two years) servicing the 2008 had become difficult as parts were no longer manufactured. On two previous occasions - service centers had difficulty sourcing parts and the time invested in concluding servicing was extended beyond the norm. Thankfully, regarding the collision review, appraisal, and material sourcing I was referred to Cutting Edge Collision Center. In 48 hrs. from the time Cutting Edge, Jason - received the vehicle - I/the insurance co. had a professional and comprehensive inspection report/repair appraisal which included full sourcing of parts. CE is known for successfully sourcing hard-to-obtain parts. The report and expert consultation I received from CE, was the turning point in deciding to salvage the car and purchase another - the best decision. Then Jason inspected the new/used vehicle I ended up buying. Watching him do what he does best, meticulously, expertly, inspect, was great. The service Jason at Cutting Edge provided - the care he took with me and my vehicles from beginning to end - helped turn a total loss situation into a TOTAL WIN. Thank you very much, Jason and Cutting Edge. read more

Purchased a vehicle from Carvana that had three large and deep scratches in the passenger side panel. Wasn't sure who to call, but Sooter's recommended Cutting Edge Collision Center for paint repairs. Brought my car in to receive an estimate and to ensure that they could partner with third party insurance as they would be paying for the repair. Experienced amazing customer service from day one and setting up an appointment for the repair was quick and easy! Entire staff was very knowledgeable and assured me that the car would be repaired to look like new. Picked the car up two days later and the paint looked perfect! Overall, it was a very stress-free experience and I would highly recommend this business. read more

In my 45 years of driving, never have I experienced working with an automotive company with higher standards, professionalism and integrity than Cutting Edge Collision Center! I was referred to Cutting Edge by my trusted mechanic after my small SUV was involved in a hit and run in the parking lot at a home improvement store. My hatchback and panoramic sunroof were compromised from something, possibly a 2x4, bashing a large dent in my roof at high speed. I called my insurance company who referred me to a dealership but when I met with the dealership's adjustor it didn't feel right plus they were slammed and could not get me in for several weeks. So, I called Cutting Edge and the moment I spoke with Celina it was obvious I was in touch with someone who really cared. When I arrived for my initial consultation with Mike I noticed vehicles in their shop from DPS Highway Patrol, U of A and Tucson Electric Power Co and I realized right then and there that I was definitely at the best repair shop in town which gave me peace of mind! It turned out my SUV had major damage which would prove to be quite tricky to repair due to the enormous impact of whatever had hit my roof compromising my hatchback and sunroof. The repairs required multiple parts which had to be ordered and due to the COVID pandemic plus Christmas and New Year holidays the parts, like all parts and supplies at the time were on infinite back-order. Mike, Cindy Jeanette, and Celina and everyone else working at Cutting Edge were simply phenomenal working with not only me and my SUV but also with my insurance company and the rental car company every step of the way! Cutting Edge actually covered my rental car after my insurance stopped paying for it. Everyone at Cutting Edge were consistently amazing in terms of their communication, professionalism, follow-through and I can't say enough about the exceptional quality of work they provided! The wonderful people at Cutting Edge are like a close-knit family and they have amazing synergy amongst themselves with the utmost integrity and professionalism! If you have a dent, no matter how large or small, do yourself a favor and call Cutting Edge! I promise you; you won't find anyone else in the business more professional who will care more about your situation or take better care of you and your vehicle(s) than Cutting Edge Collision Center! Thank you Cutting Edge Collision Center! read more

Our 5th wheel had some damage on the side just before we were going to sell it. We called several RV collision repair shops and were told it would be a month or more before they could get to it. After more internet research, we found Cutting Edge Collision. Not only were they the most professional of all the shops, they were the most reasonable. Other shops quoted us $1k - $2k more than what they charged us. The work was beautiful and done in just over a week. Thank you Mike Christmas and the team at Cutting Edge! read more

Excellent work! Thank you Gary for taking care of my baby! They provided a very reasonable quote, received my car when I wanted and had it ready when I arrived to pick it up, right on time. They are extremely nice and professional. My car was keyed/vandalized and essentially the entire right side needed to be re-painted. They did a fantastic job! Thank you Thank you! read more

Stay far far away! Brought a classic Jeep (1984 stock with very limited production color) in for a small dent repair. Consulted with Mike and was told the dent would be removed by their paintless dent remover guy, then they would spray the rear passenger quarter and blend near the bottom of the passenger door. Very limited paint was supposed to be sprayed. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago when I went to check on the vehicle. According to Mike (manager), the painter "took it upon himself" to spray the vast majority of the side of the Jeep" to include the passenger door. To boot, the color was way off and instead of doing it right and removing the key cylinder and handle from the door, they taped over them, which leaves obvious lines. To fix their error, they had to use several coats of paint to finally come up with the right color. One would think they would color match a sample prior to painting the whole side, but not this company. Apparently they just spray and spray until they get the color correct. The problem we have now is the paint is so thick that it sticks out past the decals, and the factory spot welds that I expressed over and over that need to be as prominent are now covered with several layers of paint. Not to mention the paint they sprayed has contaminants and runs in it. So, the value of the Jeep has greatly diminished now. I told Gary (owner) at this point the only resolution is to strip and respray the Jeep (which still leaves me at a loss), but according to him "that is not reasonable". Instead, he apparently thinks it is reasonable to do shotty work outside the scope of the original discussion and not have any repercussion. Gary's solution was to charge me $1350, which is the middle range of his $1300-$1400 estimate. I'm not paying him to destroy my Jeep. Everyone makes errors. I gave Cutting Edge an opportunity to make it right, which they refuse to do so because they'll lose money on the job. That is not how this works. Own up to your mistakes and make it right, even if it is not to your monetary advantage Potential customers: trust me when I tell you to please do yourself a favor and find a better shop. read more

Thanks to other's reviews of Sooter's I've been working with them on repairs since I moved here a few years ago. After a recent run-in with a shredded semi-tire on the Highway, the car needed more TLC than Sooter's could provide, so they recommended Cutting Edge for the body work. I worked with Mike and several other staff who were all very helpful and friendly. It's sad to say, but it is rare to find a business these days where things feel laid back, yet efficient and customer focused. If you are looking for skilled, smart, kind people to work with, this would be a great option. read more

I've been to Cutting Edge on a few occasions. The first time, it was to have a side mirror replaced on my Volkswagen (due to my negligence). The second and third times were because I was unlucky enough to have my brand new Jeep hit twice within a 6-month period. First of all, Cutting Edge does beautiful, quality, work. This goes for both their custom work as well as collision repair. Yes, their prices are a bit higher that those of other companies, but body work falls under the "You get what you pay for" category. They're not into quick fixes. Their approach is old school in that they take their time to ensure that the work is done right the first time. For this reason, neither insurance company hesitated to give the go-ahead on both occasions for the repairs to my Jeep. And their customer service? That alone warrants 5 stars. Mike is so sweet and he made the whole process painless. He was there every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. My hectic schedule (and the fact that some jerk hit my brand new car twice!) had me running around like a chicken with my head cut off, so he was great about taking care of the all the details so I didn't have to. All I had to do was take the car in for the estimates, then drop it off again to get the work done. He took care of the rest. He stayed in touch the entire time and even found a way to save me $300 on my deductible on one occasion. He also dealt with the rental company and made sure that they picked my rental up when the repairs were complete so I didn't have to ride all the way back to Enterprise after a long work day. I am so thankful that there are places like Cutting Edge. Whether you're in an accident, or need custom work, they will get you taken care of. They are reliable, they do phenomenal work, and they're HONEST! Cutting Edge is definitely a diamond in the rough! I can hardly wait until I'm able to have them customize my Volkswagen! read more

Very good work on our 2015 Discovery. It's like new and was completed two days early. Mike was great to work with.

we had a damaged rv which took over a year to fix. they said it had been cleaned and detailed, ready to pickup. it was filthy inside with metal shavings and small pieces of plastic all over the floor. the tile look wallpaper around the shower was bubbling up and two rows did not even touch, showing the underlying surface. screws were left off the outside causing the side to bulge out. a vent cover was gone from over the stove. they did fix the shower, replaced steps and side but poor quality overall. they also discounted the total due to our dissatisfaction, nice but would have been better to have it done right. read more

I messaged the shop on Saturday night around 8pm knowing they were close and I received an automatic reply I responded thinking they were going to get back to me Monday morning, around 10pm, I received another response and I admitted I was rude and made a mean comment. I did not think that I was talking to a real person so I went to there shop on Monday morning some short heavy set white male approach me asking, are you Mario? I said yes!?!? he said, so what was up with that message from Saturday night. I told him I was frustrated because I had just had an accident, I apologize for being rude. This guy would not drop the incident that occurred Saturday night after I apologized lol I felt like this little man was throwing a tantrum I could really feel this guy vibe.
