I am leaving Wilcox…read moreheading back to Tucson when my car throws a crazy warning, "oil pressure too low, turn off engine immediately"! I am like what?!?! So I call up my husband via Siri and ask him to find me a place to have this checked out. He calls Super Lube Plus in Benson, AZ. I had about 8 miles to go, so I basically took it slow around 55-60 with my lights flashing so the other semis and cars would not think I was crazy driver. I arrive to Super Lube and immediately they greet me and ask me to wait inside while they check my car. The oil level was about 2/3. And I had no leaks. So they were thinking it was a sensor. They put in a bit more oil to just to see if the sensor liked it with a bit more oil. These gentlemen were awesome! So polite and helpful. Explained and showed me the level and didn't want to charge me for the service. I shook their hands and told them how grateful I was for them and their help. It is a huge peace of mind to arrive at a place you are using as an emergency and feel so thankful for their professionalism! Thank you so much for your help today!!

Then Junior showed up promptly. He was so patient, knowledgeable, kind and hard working from start to finish. He went above and beyond. There were no tire shops in Benson that had my tire so he helped me find the next closest place possible . This flat tire was a first for me, I was so stressed out, but Junior was so calm and friendly, I just can't say enough good things about his disposition (especially after speaking with several other tow shops and being met with rude,busy, grumpy men asking if I knew what a flat tire looked like!?) I can't thank Junior enough. He also followed covid guidelines and had his mask on the entire time, not easy in the heat! The only bummer was with temperatures nearing 100, Junior had no A/C in his truck!! It was a long hot drive!!! We were all sweaty, but for me it was temporary. I feel bad for him, he works so hard and doesn't even get a little reprieve from the heat once he's in his truck. Please consider fixing his A/C.

Would I be there twice in two weeks if they had fixed things right the first time? I seriously doubt it. This guy is a crook and knows nothing about customer service.

They have their truck back, gave him back the truck he traded in and kept his $10,000 cash he paid on the busted truck. Currently a complaint has been filed with the Arizona Attorney General. They are saying because a complaint was filed they won't pay. Avoid this company, they are crooks!

So, not only did I not even get an honest CHANCE at the vehicle, I then had to go to the local mechanic and explain to him, why I suddenly had to cancel - [blanking] up HIS schedule too! - Of note, that mechanic said he does a LOT of work for this janky outfit, and that he "would never let a loved one buy a vehicle from them." One could say, being very very generous 'well, the vehicle is on consignment - not the dealer's choice' - I highly disagree with that outlook, as this was a SCHEDULED inspection, that I was paying for. The vehicle shouldn't have even been on the sales lot still. And the last minute text message? That tells me, ZERO integrity from Barney's Auto Sales and salesman Bo. BUYER BEWARE!
