They made an exception because the car was not safe to drive, and a tow was out of the question with my mom being in a wheelchair. Genuinely good people, and a great business.

Had scheduled an appointment Thursday morning, for Saturday 10/03/26 at 8am, to switch interlock device to my other vehicle. I waited 2.5 hours before they got started. Apparently, I had to wait for a specific mechanic to do the work. After the first hour of waiting, I asked if we could call the mechanic to see when he'd be in. The guy I spoke with attitude drastically changed. He said, "He'll get here when he gets here, man". I stated that was unprofessional. Then 2 other mechanics were behind me all of a sudden, and I was surrounded. (Utilizing intimidation tactics). I said I didn't want to make a big deal. I just wanted to know what was going on. I eventually said, "Okay, I'll wait". The specific mechanic showed up 1.5 hours after that, took the interlock out of the first vehicle, then told me, "We can't install the device in the other vehicle, because the shop needed a new camera and GPS, we can't use the original". I then called the interlock company, and they verified that statement was not true. The representative even called and spoke with the mechanic. When she got back to me, she told me how rude the individual was with her. I told the mechanic I'm refusing to pay, then he told me, verbatim, "You're going to f***in pay me". I said nope, he told me to get the f*** off the property. I walked to my car, the mechanic, then, walked from behind me, stood in front of my driver door, and began to push me with his shoulder. More intimidating tactics. After he walked away, I moved the car across the street, went to get the second vehicle, but 3 mechanics surrounded my vehicle and just stared me down. I had to get a police officer there to help me get my car before things escalated. Even though my service was not provided, I still had to pay them $200. Because of this, I was not able to make my trip out of town for work, and now facing suspension. Again, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Bunch of employees thinking they can lie, scam, and intimidate customers is out of line. None of those guys deserve to be employed in customer service. Bunch of man children that don't know how to be professional . It's shameful, disgraceful, and pathetic. I feel sorry for all their families for having to deal with those individuals

We were stranded an hour away from Benson, and not even my insurance company could help us find a tow. I called up Dave and he came early in the morning the next day on a Sunday when everyone couldn't help us out. He towed us about an hour to his site and the price was unbeatable! I got quotes from others around $2k+ but Dave charged me only $600! He let us stay in his parking lot for a few days as he diagnosed our Rv. Turns out our engine needed to be replaced. Best part was that Dave got me a new engine and installed it in less than 7 days! We were back up and running and drove straight from Arizona to New Jersey! Zero issues and zero problems! We invested into a full service with warranty and a new engine and totaled $17k+ which was more affordable than a new Rv! Dave and his team knows what they are doing and will take care of you. Best guy in benson and doesn't mess around! He knows what to do and he's transparent and straight forward!

I had some electrical issues while on a long road trip that rendered my van unfit to drive at…read morenight. Carlos did a great job with my rig. Diagnosed the problem quickly, told me what had happened, and told me the plan of correction. A couple of things he couldn't fix, because of time constraints on my end. He took pictures of what I needed to show my mechanic when I returned home. I detest people who are flaky. Carlos arrived 15 minutes early, which is so rare nowadays. I found him to be personable and easy to talk too. I would definitely have him work on my vehicle if, God forbid, I was ever in similar circumstances.

The incident that put me there was harrowing, and i was shaken. Tray bought me a soda when he filled up in the next town to take me the 80 miles to Las Cruces. He was so very kind. He had no problem with the dog. He played music he thought this 65 yo woman would like/know. We talked this and that, and laughed a bit. i could relax and finally felt safe. We were able to drop the car at the dealer before the lot closed which was a concern due to the time. They are professional, and Tray is an asset.
