I just want to say starting out, that Jarod's was a lifesaver in my trouble. It has been a little over a year ago that I was stranded in Wilcox with my exhaust and Praise God!!!! We were stuck with a dead battery in the furthest point in the Chiricauhua National Monument. It was a Friday night, we were completely alone and it was pitch dark. These guys were willing to jump in immediately to try to find us and help us out, even though it was going to take a lot of time and we were really far away. As we were trying to arrange everything, one last person turned up with jumper cables and they were able to get us going. The guys at Jarod's were so kind and just happy to see that we were safe. The men that work here and the man who owns this business are nothing short of amazing. My dad was on the Run For The Wall ride and couldn't go the full stretch. Traveling through Wilcox, AZ with our 5th wheel and had a tire blow out on our 5th wheel. Called our Goodsam roadside and they dispatched Jerod's to us. The owner came out within 30 minutes and hooked us up with a new tire and checked the remaining tires! Very friendly, professional and great customer service!!!! I texted them after hours on Saturday, they responded pretty quickly and allowed me to come in Sunday morning, to check my car. Turns out I only needed a new battery and not a fuel pump. Had I gone elsewhere...I would have gotten repairs I didn't need and then a new battery. Huge discussion on other possible repairs needed down the road wont be needed. Just simple repairs. read more

Our RV lost a set of rear wheels. We sat and waited for hours while our insurance tried calling for a tow. They finally called Jarod and he was great! It was dark by this time so getting the rig up on his truck was even more difficult but he towed the RV very carefully and got us back home. Jarod is a very hard working and nice guy.
