They not only were highly recommended, by the staff at AutoZone, they were overly concerned for my safety and well being. I was traveling alone, with this car. They helped me find lodging and followed up consistently with their word. Which was to get the repair done quickly and as soon as possible. When the team at Cuevas Garage was all said and done, the part delivered, installed and with no appointment. They even stayed after hours. All teaming together to get me back on the road, btw it's father and two sons and of course Mom in the office, all smiling and all very dedicated to keeping their current and any new customers happy. Treating me with the upmost respect , this is for sure an upcoming and fast, number one in my book, as far as mechanical repairs is concerned. Thanks again to everyone at Cuevas Garage. I highly recommend this business 5 stars for sure. Merry Xmas!!!!

First of all the Lady I spoke with was patient with my numerous calls. When I arrived she explained everything & even put my car up on the lift! The price for my oil change was a steal. When we started back down the mountain the serpentine belt broke and we needed a tow which took 4 hours to arrive. We had it towed to Buddyz in Willcox but arrived around 5 pm which is near closing time. The mechanic immediately began diagnosing the issue and discovered the water pump was bad and caused the belt to break. The local parts stores had to order them for next morning delivery. They completed the job by 2 pm on Thursday. I really like their service and hospitality. They gave us a ride to our RV and even picked me up on Thursday to get the car. The cost of the service was very reasonable considering they gave us such quick service because of our situation. We only lost one day of our vacation plans. Thanks Buddyz!

Came into the shop and it turns out they don't use other parts besides their own. I had to tow my wife's car here because it wouldn't start and they upsold the crap out of me on a new "certified" starter part. Told me they would give me a military discount over the phone but didn't honor it at the store as my "service was ineligible for the discount". I overpaid which was fine since Sierra Vista is really limited, but what really upset me is that they didn't put the cover over the starter and left it exposed. This lead to another issue a couple of days later and they didn't want to take responsibility because the car was out of the shop and not their problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ESPECIALLY SOLDIERS THAT HAVE TIME SENSITIVE ASSIGNMENTS.
