First of all the Lady I spoke with was patient with my numerous calls. When I arrived she explained everything & even put my car up on the lift! The price for my oil change was a steal. Even though the shop was busy - they managed to work as a team to move things along nicely. Even if they had not, I felt completely taken care of. This place is awesome! While at a rest stop, we noticed a disconnected hose on BF's truck in the right front wheel well. BF wanted to keep on trucking'. We were 4 hours into our 17 hour AZ to TX drive, I didn't want to get stranded in the vast stretches of open land. I wanted to have a mechanic fix it, but I had no idea where to go. So I turned to trusty Yelp and found this gem, ALL TIRE & AUTO. The place was busy fixing big trucks and cattle haulers. I was concerned we'd have to delay our road trip for hours. But surprisingly, we didn't wait long. The mechanic was very friendly and very helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly...an the end cap was missing. He said it was an easy fix with a part from Auto Zone. When I asked how much we owed him, he said No Charge. What a joy to find honest, kind, hard working mechanics that don't try to upcharge you. My car broke down on the highway near Willcox, AZ. I called AAA and wanted to get my car towed to Tucson (90 miles away) which my plan covers up to 200 miles. The tow truck driver suggesed Dicks Auto repair at the small town where my car broke down and said if they couldnt help me or I didn't like it he would still tow me to Tucson. Long story short. Dicks Auto said I needed a tune up and wanted to charge me $580 for simple tune up without any filters. I said no, a quote for the dame tune up including air filter, fuel filter and pvc valve for $350. When I finally said, no and told the tow truck driver that I needed to go to Tucson after all he made me wait 4 hours in the waiting room before he towed me. Later, I found out that the tow truck company was half owned by Dicks Auto Repair. What a waste of time!!! I was always afraid of small town mechanics charging up the a** for a simple service but now I confirm it. Dont come here. If you can just go the extra mile and go to Tucson where there are more choices. read more

What a gem to find coming from North Carolina to San Diego. Pulled off to the mechanic and he took it for a drive and diagnosed it straight away. My front axle was broken and I got the part hand couriered from auto zone to here, from them having a great working relationship and in less than an hour they had me back on the road. Side note: I just had my front tires replaced at discount tire and asked them to check my back tires. Well discount did not and had I driven more on my back ones I would have had a tire blow out. All tire & auto guys confirmed what I saw as a belt slipping on my back tire and I was able to get them replaced. Solid mechanic. read more

The alternator on my BMW gave out and killed the A/C, battery and lit up every alarm icon outside tiny Willcox on my way from CA to Texas with all my valuables and my Himalayan cat. My LA mechanic said we'd be stranded in the desert if we continued. All seemed lost. The first 3 mechanics I asked were busy, uncaring, and marble to fix my car. Near tears, with visions of my cat dying of heat stroke, I walked into All Tire and Auto. It was like I'd stepped into a different movie. The office was clean and deliciously cool for my panting cat. Annie, the lovely blond at the front desk, radiated warmth and compassion. She talked to the mechanic and said she'd promised get us on the road. While I said silent prayers of thanks and answered urgent business emails, her equally empathetic and able mechanic drove to several places to find the last alternator in town. In our desperate situation, Annie could have charged me 5 times what it cost to replace the alternator. Instead, she submitted a bill for less than I would expect under normal circumstances. Throughout the ordeal, she was like an angel of mercy. My cat, my brother/driver and I were on our way within a few hours and my BMW was back in business. We made it to Texas in record time. The staff at all tires went above and beyond. My husband and I broke down on the side of the road and the tow truck driver recommended this auto shop. He said he knew them personally and that they were honest. They fixed our truck in a timely manner, were upfront about how much time it was going to take, and even stored our boat in the back under their cameras for no extra charge. My husband and I were really bummed when it started raining at the hotel thinking all the stuff we had in the boat would be ruined (the bed of our truck had a chicken Coop and all of our luggage and the babies toys were in our boat). They went the extra mile and put all our stuff into a truck they had before it started raining. Their thoughtfulness and friendliness was more than we could have hoped for. read more

We stopped here 8.5.2019 on a cross country tour. Our Honda Odyssey's a/c stopped working in the horrible summer heat! They started simple: the cabin filter was completely clogged, so it was replaced. James got the a/c working but suspected the fan motor was going out. We were willing to replace on that suggestion because of the age of the vehicle, but couldn't wait for the time it would take for the part to get there. (And it was almost closing time) On we went. The a/c worked all the way home--1,000 miles or so. And next week the motor will be replaced, as it finally died. I have made it my New Year's resolution to start writing online reviews. I'm starting with Dick's, because they were incredible. I moved cross country from Orlando to Los Angeles at the end of January 2011. I knew the trip would be rough on my 2004 Corolla (which already had close to 140,000 miles on it) so I got it serviced before I left Florida. On day three of my cross country hike, the car started making weird noises every time we hit a bump or I turned right. My mother and I were convinced it was the shocks, and drove to our destination for the night, Willcox, Arizona. In the the morning, I looked up auto repair in the tiny town, and found great reviews for Dick's. The reviewers weren't lying! I stopped in, they had a mechanic come out to my car, who determined the sound was coming from the piece of plastic that surrounds the wheel well. They clipped it up for nothing and sent me on my way. As a female young adult, I sometimes feel belittled at auto repair shops...this wasn't the case at Dick's. They kind and generous, and I can't thank them enough. read more

On Sunday I had my daughter's oil changed @ Jiffy Lube in Redlands California.On Tuesday my wife and daughter headed out the I 10 on the way to Austin Tx. 10 miles out of Wilcox AZ the Oil Light came on and they stopped @ Dick's and he determined the Pros at Jiffy Lube had overfilled the oil. He siphon the excess oil and used her smart key and his equipment to determine everything was fine. He did not even charge her for his time or expertise. I can't say enough about this fantastic family business who helped us during a desperate time. My husband and I were driving back to Phoenix after a weekend away with our two young daughters and dog. Our car died 15 minutes East of Wilcox on the I-10 in the middle of the blazing hot day. AZ High Patrol picked us up and the car was towed to Dicks. They worked tirelessly on a holiday (Labor Day) to try and find out what had caused the car to die while allowing us to sit in the air conditioned waiting room with our dog. They gave us great service and were very friendly, giving us frequent updates on any progress that was made. I only wish we had more garages like this in Phoenix! read more

I bdo not recommend this shop at all. We stopped here after over heating he did some test for blown head gasket wanted like 2500 to fix. I told him I would just have it towed to Mesa Arizona to my grandparents house. He offered to call a tow company whom wanted nearly 1000 bucks to tow it 250 miles away!!!I looked up my own and found a company who towed it for 525!! Come to find out dick owned the tow company they called for us!!! We went got second opinion whom did 2 different test to confirm we did NOT have a blown head gaskets but a blown radiator and fuel pump a 700 fix with parts not 2500!!! Don't take your vehicle here!!! Just tow it to next garage like Toyauto in mesa!!! read more

I was on my way home to Santa Fe NM from Tucson when I found my tire wouldn't retain air in Willcox! Thankfully All Tire was still open, they discovered that my rim was cracked, and I couldn't drive it! I mainly talked to someone named Nathan (I think), and him and everyone else there was so kind and helpful! I was driving a BMW so I had to order the rim to be delivered to the BMW Dealership in Tucson all the way from California, it was going to take several days to get the part, and I didn't have enough money or AAA coverage to get it towed. They kept my car there for three nights, and they even stayed after they were closed to help me the night I brought it there, and the night I brought back the rim to fix it! I couldn't have asked for more, they were wonderful. The situation was very stressful but dealing with them didn't add any stress. Great people, and I made it home safe (though a few days late)! read more
