If I could give everyone @ Brewers 5 stars and a million dollar tip I would! This place was excellent. Last summer I was traveling from Texas to Tucson with 5 kids after passing San Simon, 1 of my children became sick. Once I got to the exit of Willcox I had to get off my van was pulling to the left and I knew it wasn't good. I stopped into the first shop I could find. I darted right passed a women and right into the front office, as I shouted can I use your restroom another women pointed to the direction, as I rushed in with 1 sick three year old throwing up, I didn't have time to even explain. Once I got my child taken care of and exited the restroom I ask the women up front if there was anyone that could help me with my tire, she said they don't work on smaller vehicles but seeing the sheer panic in my face she said let me see if there is someone that can take a look. I started out the front door to head toward 1 sleeping 3 more screaming kids and before this poor lady could head back to ask; a gentleman by the name Temple (the owner) was already looking around my van. I explained the situation and he said let me see what we can do. As my kids were screaming they were thirsty the women I had encounter when I first ran in said they had cold gatorade in the back. As she passed around the cold beverages she ask if she could get me anything for my sick son. I decline but she brought me a nice cool towel for him. Temple returned and said to pull the van into the shop they would fix it. We were politely ushered into the "lounge" by the women with all the drinks. As we set in the lounge waiting for the repairs this women "Riennie" asks if there was anything she could get for me or the kids. I ask if there was a Walmart near by but she said there was only a safeway, I explained that some of my children get car sick in the summer and that the sea sickness medication that i usually bring I had forgotten. She said that she would run to safeway right away and get some, no sooner had I thanked her and was about to decline she seemed to already be back with more drinks and small bags of potato chips for each of kids and the medication. We found out the I needed a little bit more work than originally thought. So while my children regained their health and (energy) One of the ladies Donna and I began talking and she gave me some great pointers on how to treat kids and car sickness and much more. In this time I guess Riennie realized that the kids were getting restless so she announced to the great delight of my children that she had new puppies that needed to go for a walk and anyone feeling up to the task could help with my permission, boy I don't think I have ever seen my kids line up so fast, even my was just sick 3 year old. She told to of my children by the hand while I had the others it was like she had known us forever. As we all departed for our walk Riennie's son showed up and joined the fun. Each child got to walk the puppies on the leash hold them and carry them. Rienne's son was very gracious and seemed to really love sharing his puppies and also liked to teach the younger ones about them. What fun it was to not even be thinking about the repairs, and the mini adventure me and the kids got to share with this full hearted lady and her son was just what we all needed. The repairs were done and no more the 50. dollars WOW what place repairs a tire sensor and puts on a new tire with over 3 hours waiting for that amount? With the small bill paid, and all of us ready to go, each child got to pet, kiss, and hug each of the puppies goodbye. We pulled out of the shop and back on the road I couldn't help feel that we were leaving one family to go see another. Thank You Temple for your help & warmness, Thank you Donna for the much needed and very helpful advice, and Thank you to Rienne and your son. You made us all not want to leave. If we ever make that trip again I will be stopping by just to say Hi. read more
