I called up Dave and he came early in the morning the next day on a Sunday when everyone couldn't help us out. He towed us about an hour to his site and the price was unbeatable! I got quotes from others around $2k+ but Dave charged me only $600! He let us stay in his parking lot for a few days as he diagnosed our Rv. Turns out our engine needed to be replaced. Best part was that Dave got me a new engine and installed it in less than 7 days! We were back up and running and drove straight from Arizona to New Jersey! Zero issues and zero problems! We invested into a full service with warranty and a new engine and totaled $17k+ which was more affordable than a new Rv! Dave and his team knows what they are doing and will take care of you. Best guy in benson and doesn't mess around! He knows what to do and he's transparent and straight forward!

As soon as they took a look at the tire they noticed it was bald on the inside (see photo 2), and the steel belt was breaking through on one tire (see photo 3). They (wisely) convinced me to replace the tires, and they had 4 Hankook's in stock so we proceeded. James did most of the work and had me out of there in about an hour. Couldn't believe how much better my car handled with the new tires. Now I need to find out how they got so bad considering Subaru has done 100% of the maintenance since I bought my care new. These guys are great. They are competent, work their butts off, and will not screw you when you are in a tight spot. Don't be turned away by all the cars parked outside the place either waiting to be worked on or picked up - there are many there because these guys are the best!

I called back immediately and they said they will be able to do it another day when a technician is available. During that wait, I inspect the work done. 2 long bolts that are only finger tight and one missing in the bellhousing! I take the car back and they tell me the traction control light is because of a bad steering angle sensor and that'll be 960 and we can get the bolt tomorrow. They said it has nothing to do with the work we did so we will not fix it. It's weird that the car didn't have the light on before the repair. They offered me a deal for 669 to pay them to fix clock spring/steering angle sensor. There's no accountability and no quality control. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you want to be paying to fix things that are torn up by them as a result of negligence. Let's hope the transmission doesn't fail down the road because of this.

Checking in was very easy, and the Waiting area is spacious and comfortable, with several vending machines to choose from. In spite of a couple of power outages, the work was completed in just a couple of hours. And it was less expensive than the estimate! I highly recommend Kempton Chevrolet for any auto repair needs.
