I would like to thank Kempton Chevrolet in Arizona for making our purchase as seamless as it can be We live in Texas and saw the car online that was priced at a great price we made contact and our sales rep was named Jordan Davis . He answered all of our questions and knew we were buying from another state he made sure all the paperwork we would need to register it in our state would be smooth . I feel Jordan even did above and beyond customer service to make sure we were happy by taking a video and pictures of the vehicle as well as getting inside to make sure there was no smoke smell. Jordan stayed in constant contact throughout the sales process to make sure there was no problems with our future car. He even arranged a carrier pick up for us to have the car delivered to our front door . The car came in great time and was perfect. Jordan even did a great follow up to make sure there was no issues with the delivery and that the car ran great. So my recommendation is to check out Kempton Chevrolet dealership for its great selection and definitely ask for Jordan Davis for his amazing customer service in buying a car. Our car had 55,000 miles and was due for a brake job. As we're relatively new to the area, we did a careful search for a reliable place to have our car repaired. Our search brought us to Kempton Chevrolet. I made an appointment and as we have only one car, I would be waiting for it. Checking in was very easy, and the Waiting area is spacious and comfortable, with several vending machines to choose from. In spite of a couple of power outages, the work was completed in just a couple of hours. And it was less expensive than the estimate! I highly recommend Kempton Chevrolet for any auto repair needs. They did a terrific job of replacing the brakes on our car. Did I mention our car is a 2015 Honda CR-V AWD. Kempton can be trusted to repair other than Chevrolet vehicles. read more

I'm not normally one to do this, in fact, this is the first review I have EVER left. But I'm disappointed and fed up. I know a lot of people who go to Kempton's for their services, but I will now be recommending them elsewhere. This is the only place I've taken my car for services. The end of January I took my car in for a normal oil change, only for them to come out and tell me "someone" stripped the oil drain plug and now it is free spinning in the oil pan. I informed them that no one else had touched my car mechanically besides their employees. They verified that I was correct and immediately changed their story saying it was a Kia manufacturer issue and that I'd have to take it to Kia directly. My fiancé tried speaking to management about it, who didn't sound like they cared, nor were they concerned about the issue. Finally got to Kia and the oil pan is in fact not covered by warranty. Moral of the story, I'm trying to save ANYONE from making the same mistake I did and taking their vehicles to this sad excuse of an establishment. We will never be returning to Kempton's with any of our vehicles. read more

We love Kempton Auto Body! I've been here a couple times for minor fixes to our car after accidents. They are always honest about what is best for the car and try to get us the best price for our needs. Just went there today and we were seen within minutes, had the car fixed quickly after receiving great service from Bethany, the examiner in the front office, and Roy Tate, the shop manager. My vehicle unexpectedly had a repair that could not be fixed across the street.- ( whole other review) While we were waiting for the repair we walked over here to see what Chevy had for 2020. We were cordially greeted by a salesman (Dan) who was very relaxed, not pushy - just genuinely concerned about our vehicle next door and very helpful. I ended up buying a vehicle from Dan the next day because he was able to help me get my vehicle with a check engine light traded in and I did not end up upside down in the deal. ALSO because my vehicle couldn't be repaired! HOWEVER**** I am so grateful that an awful experience across the street turned out to be a blessing here. I highly recommend Kempton as everyone here was very kind and made this whole process easy. I have been going to Kempton Service in Clifton since I have moved back to Clifton 2 years ago. I am so happy with the service at Kemptons they are so helpful and always get me in to take care of all my needs. They have been doing all my oil changes on my vehicles since I moved back. I never have to worry about not getting quality service. They installed our 5th Wheel hitch and the mechanic was nice enough to show me how to operate it and where he had installed the new cords to make it easier for us to power it from the inside. If you want peace of mind when you need service I highly recommend stopping there. read more

Recently had a great experience with the Detailing department at Kempton Chevrolet. A pint of pink paint spilled on my front passenger seat. I rushed to Detailing - after 5 p.m. on a Friday - and the two gentlemen there spent 45 minutes vacuuming and cleaning the seat and floor until 6 o'clock. I don't know if they were supposed to be off at 5 p.m. or not, but the fact that they dropped what they were doing to help me out was amazing! If not for them, I'd be driving around with a pint of pink latex paint stuck on my passenger seat. They went above and beyond! read more

What an awesome experience! Kudos to Kasey for being the best car salesman that we have had the pleasure to work with! The whole deal was seamless and stress free. We had an awful experience in the valley then found the car we wanted at this dealership and even though it is a drive (although a scenic one) it was worth it. We saved on taxes and dealers fees. They aren't out to rob you like some Scottsdale dealerships and I personally like the small town,family operated feeling you get with this dealership that gets lost in the Valley.
