As a last resort I called this AAA shop and was informed that they don't receive calls for motorcycles but they dispatched a mechanic anyway. He showed up in 2 minutes and we were able to jump and start the bike. The gentleman did NOT charge me he was just happy to help a stranded biker. This act totally made my trip.

No customer service at all…read more This is the closest store to me and I live 75 miles from Safford, I had a 1:00 PM appointment to have 4 new tires installed on my car. Before we left my husband called to verify that they did in fact have the tires in-stock. He was assured that yes they did. We arrived 15 minutes early and checked in and were told it would be 1.5 hours....with an appointment...at 2:30 we were told that they couldn't find the 4th tire, and that they hadn't installed any tires yet. We decided to install the 3 because they guaranteed that they would have the 4th tire the next day and they would install it. An hour later they had the 3 tires installed. The next day we called again to verify that they were going to have the tire and were told yes it was on the truck and would be at the shop by the time we got there for our 3 PM appointment. We sat in the waiting room for 45 mins when someone came out and said that they had the correct brand, however it was for a 16" wheel, not a 15" wheel that is on my car. They offered to put on a different brand tire of the correct size and then they would again order the correct tire and call us to have the tires switched out. 25 mins later we left. This was all on Monday and Tuesday. Today is Saturday. The shop has never called and I don't think they will. I won't go back if they do call. As we were leaving I asked if there was anyway we could get a credit since we were going to have to drive 150 miles 2 extra times due to their error. The guy said that he would get to work on it. Guess what...no credit either. Not even surprised.

He answered all of our questions and knew we were buying from another state he made sure all the paperwork we would need to register it in our state would be smooth . I feel Jordan even did above and beyond customer service to make sure we were happy by taking a video and pictures of the vehicle as well as getting inside to make sure there was no smoke smell. Jordan stayed in constant contact throughout the sales process to make sure there was no problems with our future car. He even arranged a carrier pick up for us to have the car delivered to our front door . The car came in great time and was perfect. Jordan even did a great follow up to make sure there was no issues with the delivery and that the car ran great. So my recommendation is to check out Kempton Chevrolet dealership for its great selection and definitely ask for Jordan Davis for his amazing customer service in buying a car. Our search brought us to Kempton Chevrolet. I made an appointment and as we have only one car, I would be waiting for it. Checking in was very easy, and the Waiting area is spacious and comfortable, with several vending machines to choose from. In spite of a couple of power outages, the work was completed in just a couple of hours. And it was less expensive than the estimate! I highly recommend Kempton Chevrolet for any auto repair needs. They did a terrific job of replacing the brakes on our car. Did I mention our car is a 2015 Honda CR-V AWD. Kempton can be trusted to repair other than Chevrolet vehicles.

They had tried to sell me new sensors which I had turned down, because the CC worked just fine. After they had it, it was broken. 3000 miles with no cruise control plus the AC broke on the trip home. I was able to verify that they'd shoved the AC air filter incorrectly, not sure what else they did but the AC on my low mileage car is now broken. I'm the desert. The fact they couldn't even install a filter with arrows showing how to install correctly says "incompetent." The fact that no one in charge world even return several calls (I've given them over a month and three phone messages) says "scammers" who will break things on purpose if you refuse to let them do unnecessary upsells. Stay away from these chumps.

The service person I spoke to said it wasn't a problem and the truck will be ready within a couple hours. So far so good. He even took my number down so he could call me if they needed anything or if the services were completed early. 3 hours had passed (passed the time of estimated completion quoted by the service person) and didn't hear anything back from the dealer so I decided to call. When I called in the service person on the phone said the truck is ready for pick up. Upon pick up I asked about what they found out about the tire pressure sensor and the service person said yes one of them needs to be replaced. . .duh I could have guessed that! A call from them would have been nice to check with me to see if I wanted them to replace it while it was in for services but no that did not happen. The worst part of my service experience at this Dodge dealer is that when I got out to the truck, whoever worked on the truck left some nice fat muddy boot prints for us in the truck that was just detailed!‍. They must have just run out of those nice little courtesy floor mats people usually use‍ At that point I was so irritated I did not even go back in to the service department to let them know.
