Reliable and very friendly! They helped me get my stuff out of my car on a Saturday, twice! Which I was very grateful for.

My 2019 Jetta was ordered to be towed by the Police Department on 07/19/2025 for a traffic offense…read moreeven though it was parked in my driveway. Due to exigent circumstances, I was unable to access my vehicle again until 9/24/2025 where Magnum Towing had assessed a fee, discounted, I may add, at $2200.00. I have faithfully paid on my car for 2.5 years and now it is lost. This is simply legal vehicle "theft," Because something is legal doesn't make it right and my vehicle came to a stop at my private residence. There was no material need for the tow. It causes me to wonder what type of people would willingly take the property of another without, in my opinion, just cause and hold it "hostage," knowing the damage that they could do to that person? Only opportunistic predators perform such actions. I have never, and would never, take advantage of individuals who cannot recover from such a blow. Though polite, Travis (I believe that is his name) who operates the "business" or anyone who could conduct their affairs in such a manner is of low character and predatory. They are on par with purse snatchers and those who abuse the elderly. People sometimes make poor choices and I acknowledge that I did, however, that shouldn't give Carte Blanche to do with them as we please. Avoid this company at all costs-literally.

I had an unexpected car breakdown 3 hours away from home and without hesitation, Magnum Towing towed my car both safely and efficiently to Tucson so I could exchange the rental car and if that is not enough, Clay and his son graciously offered to help unload my car rental and assisted with help me put my belongings into my new rental car. That is 5 star service at its best! Thank you!

I recently took my 1997 Chrysler Sebring in to have the door repaired. Somehow I was able to break…read moreoff the exterior handle, and after having it replaced at Pep Boys, the locking mechanism on the outside stopped working. Granted, I first attempted to fix this my self but once I saw the inner-workings of the door in all its glory, I decided to take it to Hatch during my annual Christmas visit from Los Angeles. The guy behind the service counter, we'll call him John because I think that's what he said his name is, stared blankly at me as I described the problem. I explained that all I wanted was for the door to be disassembled and reassembled tightly and to have the locking mechanism looked at and repaired so I could use the key to get in. He continued to stare blankly at me as I handed him my keys. I asked him the hourly rate, he said $80. Volunteering again, no information I had to ask him how long it would take. "About an hour." I should have stayed for that hour. Instead, I decided to walk around Safford and visit my grandmother. 2 and a half hours later, I got a call telling me that they were having computer problems (apparently the Internet works so slow there that it takes 2 and a half hours for someone to call you) and that they should have a quote for me on all the parts I needed. Mind you, all the parts were already there, they just needed to be reassembled correctly. At about 4:50, just before closing, I got a call telling me that the car wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. (Should I mention the part where I woke up early and took the car in at 8:00AM only to make an appointment to bring it back at 2?) At a little after 5 (and their closing) I got to my precious Sebring only to find out they had made it worse. The interior lock wouldn't lay all the way down, the door now not only won't lock from the outside, but it won't even OPEN from the outside and here's the real kicker...they BROKE the interior handle off. So now it won't open from the INSIDE either. Not without an extremely strong hand. Now here's where things get real sleazy, John was kind enough to "not charge" me for the work they did that day and claimed that his guy (who was mysteriously not around to explain what happened) found my interior door handle broken off. That it was "like that when they got it". Additionally, they used the screws from INSIDE the door, to reassemble the outside of the door, that is to say, the black decorative screws were tossed in the door pocket with other "extra" parts and shiny brass ones were used in their place making the door look hideous AND broken. They weren't even sensitive enough to put the door back together properly after breaking it and spending the afternoon searching for the part they broke. There are a bunch of other places in town to take your car if you need something repaired. I don't care if you and the Hatches are Mormon. There's no reason to be loyal to such an unprofessional group of jackwagons.

Took the tech less than five minutes and they charged us $90. Perhaps we should have been better consumers and asked before hand about the charge or perhaps the service writer should have told us. I happened to be at a doctor's appointment at the time. I asked him to wait 6 mins to allow me time to get there pay their fee and have my vehicle put in my garage. Hey told my son he would wait and then called the police picked up the car and left. We passed each other as he exited my townhome community. Also he would not take payment from my son, he would only take payment from me with a valid ID. There was no prior notice given, nor was there anything posted that if the car was there it would be towed after such amount of time. This is not a reparable company. Trey was not honest. The HOA who was present at the time did not disagree with them dropping the vehicle and it being placed in my driveway or garage. It was when my son said he would pay the drop fee of $225 but didn't need him to put the car into the driveway that he (Trey) decided he would take the car and go. My son told him this because he didn't want me to pay Trey an extra tow fee to place it less than 25 feet away from the spot it was in. It was then that Trey told my son he wouldn't take payment from him (a full adult) but it had to me specifically. He didn't even give notice of where the vehicle was going. Buyer beware the only thing this company cares about is money and how much they can rob you of. Legal counsel has been retained.

The service person I spoke to said it wasn't a problem and the truck will be ready within a couple hours. So far so good. He even took my number down so he could call me if they needed anything or if the services were completed early. 3 hours had passed (passed the time of estimated completion quoted by the service person) and didn't hear anything back from the dealer so I decided to call. When I called in the service person on the phone said the truck is ready for pick up. Upon pick up I asked about what they found out about the tire pressure sensor and the service person said yes one of them needs to be replaced. . .duh I could have guessed that! A call from them would have been nice to check with me to see if I wanted them to replace it while it was in for services but no that did not happen. The worst part of my service experience at this Dodge dealer is that when I got out to the truck, whoever worked on the truck left some nice fat muddy boot prints for us in the truck that was just detailed!‍. They must have just run out of those nice little courtesy floor mats people usually use‍ At that point I was so irritated I did not even go back in to the service department to let them know. Usually one would expect decent service at the major car dealers but I guess I expected far too much. I definitely do not recommend this place!
