With all my respect for Mr. Preston whom I've known for years and I'm sure this is not what he expects of his team. I bought tires there and purchased the Road Hazard Plan for the tires but I've been trying to get a tire repaired and the tires rotated and they just keep telling me they are overly booked. It's disappointing that I will probably need to drive to Globe or Tucson to get this taken care of. I hope the customer service improves at the front desk but it may not? I keep hearing and reading similar experiences from other customers. This could be one of the best tire stores in the Gila Valley. Thank you. My honest - respectful customer opinion. Our trailer had a broken leaf spring after an accident, and it was looking like the whole trip might be coming apart at the seams. A parts guy at O'Reilly's recommended we call Ryan, and that call changed everything. Not only did Ryan answer the phone late in the evening, but he took the time to troubleshoot the issue with us and offered creative, informed suggestions. While he couldn't do the welding repair himself, he knew exactly who to call and even personally reached out to Clyde at England and Son on our behalf. Ryan didn't have to help us. It was after hours, and he could've just moved on, but he didn't. His knowledge of the area and willingness to go the extra mile quite literally saved our trip. Super nice guy, incredibly professional, and someone I'd call again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ryan! You're the real deal.

When we started back down the mountain the serpentine belt broke and we needed a tow which took 4 hours to arrive. The mechanic immediately began diagnosing the issue and discovered the water pump was bad and caused the belt to break. The local parts stores had to order them for next morning delivery.
