As a last resort I called this AAA shop and was informed that they don't receive calls for motorcycles but they dispatched a mechanic anyway. He showed up in 2 minutes and we were able to jump and start the bike. The gentleman did NOT charge me he was just happy to help a stranded biker. This act totally made my trip.

No customer service at all…read more This is the closest store to me and I live 75 miles from Safford, I had a 1:00 PM appointment to have 4 new tires installed on my car. Before we left my husband called to verify that they did in fact have the tires in-stock. He was assured that yes they did. We arrived 15 minutes early and checked in and were told it would be 1.5 hours....with an appointment...at 2:30 we were told that they couldn't find the 4th tire, and that they hadn't installed any tires yet. We decided to install the 3 because they guaranteed that they would have the 4th tire the next day and they would install it. An hour later they had the 3 tires installed. The next day we called again to verify that they were going to have the tire and were told yes it was on the truck and would be at the shop by the time we got there for our 3 PM appointment. We sat in the waiting room for 45 mins when someone came out and said that they had the correct brand, however it was for a 16" wheel, not a 15" wheel that is on my car. They offered to put on a different brand tire of the correct size and then they would again order the correct tire and call us to have the tires switched out. 25 mins later we left. This was all on Monday and Tuesday. Today is Saturday. The shop has never called and I don't think they will. I won't go back if they do call. As we were leaving I asked if there was anyway we could get a credit since we were going to have to drive 150 miles 2 extra times due to their error. The guy said that he would get to work on it. Guess what...no credit either. Not even surprised.

A parts guy at O'Reilly's recommended we call Ryan, and that call changed everything. Not only did Ryan answer the phone late in the evening, but he took the time to troubleshoot the issue with us and offered creative, informed suggestions. While he couldn't do the welding repair himself, he knew exactly who to call and even personally reached out to Clyde at England and Son on our behalf. Ryan didn't have to help us. It was after hours, and he could've just moved on, but he didn't. His knowledge of the area and willingness to go the extra mile quite literally saved our trip. Drove another unit back into town to go to auto shops that were not able to help. Stopped at Buddyz and Cody went above and beyond on getting us hooked up with a reservoir tank and extra hoses and loaned us tools to drive back to site and fix the problem. Drove the park and returned to Buddyz to return parts and tools used. Cody confirmed our work and added to it. The fix got us home to Phoenix. Quality Person and business.
