I had the vehicle towed to the dealer where I bought it and because they determined the damage was repairable for less than the vehicle's estimated cash value I thought they would fix it. Unfortunately, the insurance company thought otherwise and declared it a total loss, but that's another story. Long story short, the dealer refused to repair it so I settled with the insurance company, bought the "wreck", secured a salvaged vehicle title from DMV, and was fortunate enough to find my way to Rick's. I mostly dealt with Cassandra, who always returned my calls, text messages, and emails promptly. She scoured the country to find genuine GM replacement parts and kept me posted on the progress of repairs all along the way. When the big day came and I picked up my vehicle, to say I was thrilled would be an understatement. It looked show-room new inside and out, every bit as good as the day I drove it off the dealer's lot. As I drove it home that afternoon, I felt like I was driving a new car. When we took it to DMV the next day for a mechanical safety inspection to get a restored title it passed with flying colors. I could not be happier with my decision to trust Rick and Cassandra.
