We were stranded an hour away from Benson, and not even my insurance company could help us find a tow. I called up Dave and he came early in the morning the next day on a Sunday when everyone couldn't help us out. He towed us about an hour to his site and the price was unbeatable! I got quotes from others around $2k+ but Dave charged me only $600! He let us stay in his parking lot for a few days as he diagnosed our Rv. Turns out our engine needed to be replaced. Best part was that Dave got me a new engine and installed it in less than 7 days! We were back up and running and drove straight from Arizona to New Jersey! Zero issues and zero problems! We invested into a full service with warranty and a new engine and totaled $17k+ which was more affordable than a new Rv! Dave and his team knows what they are doing and will take care of you. Best guy in benson and doesn't mess around! He knows what to do and he's transparent and straight forward!

Due to exigent circumstances, I was unable to access my vehicle again until 9/24/2025 where Magnum Towing had assessed a fee, discounted, I may add, at $2200.00. I have faithfully paid on my car for 2.5 years and now it is lost. This is simply legal vehicle "theft," Because something is legal doesn't make it right and my vehicle came to a stop at my private residence. There was no material need for the tow. It causes me to wonder what type of people would willingly take the property of another without, in my opinion, just cause and hold it "hostage," knowing the damage that they could do to that person? Only opportunistic predators perform such actions. I have never, and would never, take advantage of individuals who cannot recover from such a blow. Though polite, Travis (I believe that is his name) who operates the "business" or anyone who could conduct their affairs in such a manner is of low character and predatory. They are on par with purse snatchers and those who abuse the elderly. People sometimes make poor choices and I acknowledge that I did, however, that shouldn't give Carte Blanche to do with them as we please. Avoid this company at all costs-literally.
