This is a busy place! Prices here are always lower than in Sierra Vista (SV) 40 miles to the South or Tucson 40 miles to the West, so it makes sense to stop here before driving home to SV. Last night I pulled in and noticed that this place offered cheaper gasoline than its competitor next door! And no extra charge for credit card! Good employees, terrible showers. Attention corporate; they need some assistance on maintenance of the fixtures and hvac. No ventilation in Shower stall 1 so the air goes no where when you shower. Literally could not see the door from the shower because the steam just stacked even with the fan on full. Toiled should be replaced due to being broken and being held up by a box. I had an accident in a restroom once for a fixture falling off the wall and I def do not want anyone else to experience this. But I had nice profile photos of your business for you to use. read more

Busy spot but serves its purpose for drivers and travelers. The staff were all friendly, everything was stocked store was clean, restaurants were good, making fresh bread pizzas and subs. Plenty of parking for drivers gets crazy in the evenings like most spots. Convenient to other franchise restaurants and hwy 10. Only thing that I dislike are the showers need some TLC and deep cleaning they served their purpose though bring your shower shoes. read more

The dump station is ridiculous to get to with a big RV. You have to back up to get to it. Smaller RVs can pull around a tight corner and between the pumps, but not us bigger 5th wheels. Then the drain is so high that literally nothing can run up hill!if you know what I mean! At least lower the cap that would have helped 50%. I do not recommend this love's for that reason only. On my way back home to California, I had to make a stop at this Love's Travel Stop, Benson, AZ, for gas and a restroom break. Gas prices were creeping up as I headed west... gas was so much cheaper when I was in Texas. Unfortunately, the restroom had 2 stalls out of service and only 2 stalls working so there was a line. Luckily, I just needed to pee LOL. Even though I had already bought a good handful of squishmallows at other Love's or Pilot, I still checked out their stuff animals aisle just to see if any catches my eyes... none did and that's okay. Thank you Love's overall for being available throughout my trip, but do check and maintain your restrooms regularly. I will always be your customer over any other travel stop besides Pilot. This is a review for the autos side of Love's Benson, Az where I got snacks, a nap, a shower, and freshly made ( so many places don't) unsweetened Iced tea If we're lucky? At least once we get to work with a whole company, or even a small team? Where everyone there is 'all-in' for the mission. Not from fear. Where the net is good mgmt chose good people, supports each of them towards learning and taking on all they can, even to one day replace said mgmt as all boats are lifted. You can tell when it's faked and fear driven ( which would be pathetic). Once you've found the real thing? There is no other yardstick, and you wonder what a world where everyone gave all to all jobs could be like. Then someone in the world does the 'idgaf' face and it's back to the grim reality of what our world has become Except what you'll feel at Benson, AZ Love's? Is the unmistakable goodness of a whole team where each individual, no matter what job they are doing at a given moment? I travel a lot and it is always refreshing to see a Love's gas station. If your vehicle takes diesel, at this location you will have to try and get a pump that is located in the middle of two pumps so you may have to wait or squeeze in if you can. But the location across the street you can get a pump that is not in between two pumps. It is also Love's. read more

Bathrooms with shower service is available, subway sandwich shop, and souvenir galore. Inside is always clean and friendly staffs. I always stop by Love's for fuel, snack, and slurpee. They have water and air kiosk. KFC and Taco Bell is also conveniently across the way. read more

We stopped for gas and pizza on our cross country trip from MD to CA. The Godfather's pizza was delicious but the TV was tuned to Fox and it was so loud we couldn't hold a conversation. I asked the cashier to please change the channel and lower the volume. He said he couldn't tune it to another channel or turn it down because he had orders from the District Manager. That is one of the stupidest things I ever heard. I will not be going back to that location - put on a channel that isn't controversial - like ESPN. Better yet, take the TV out and let people eat in peace UPDATE: I got severe food poisoning from eating the pizza here. I was down for three days and it was not pleasant. The manager Doug called me a liar. I had put prepaid $80 of gas on pump #12. I went to the restroom and then went outside, my niece was still waiting to pump gas. Nothing had gone through. I went back inside stated that I had prepaid on the #12. They stated that I had already pumped on #2 The manager Doug walks outside and goes to pump #2 and prints out a receipt and states that I pumped already on #2. NEVER once did I park on pump #2. The whole time we were parked on #12. I was called a liar and got the receipts taken away from my hand. I asked for a refund and they refused. I was very disappointed and furious on how I was treated. I feel like they just seen my color of skin and had made their decision. Check the cameras and you'll see we stayed at the pump the whole time. I know people make mistakes and I believe that the cashier might've of fat fingered the number in the system. At the end of the day I just don't want someone to feel or get treated how I was treated. Corporate if you can please look into this. It happened on 7/4 @ approximately between 9:15-9:30pm on pump #12 at Loves #460 Benson, AZ. I would have the exact information but my receipt was taken away. read more

At last! I have found my favorite Love's ! The people were friendly, the building was really nice as well! BEST of all, everything was clean! The restrooms were sparkling and smelled fresh, the place to sit down and eat Chester's, Subway, or whatever you choose, was also very clean! I was starting to lose faith in Love's... Worst Love's stop I've ever visit. First let me say Ashley"s attitude and customer service was horrible. I understand she was the only person on shift this late night/early morning but that should not be reflected to the customers especially the professional drivers. We are the main reason the establishment keeps running not to mention the value of revenue we bring to Love's. We drivers work very hard driving cost to cost all day long and one of the most refreshing part of our day is to stop at a friendly clean ready to service fuel stop. I was disappointed that there were no clean showers available and told by Ashley with a very negative tone and attitude that she was the only one there and she could not leave the front but would try to clean the shower when she can (when would that be if she couldn't leave the front). Not to mention she gave us shower slips to the numbered shower which someone was in. I understand sometime stores may have unexpected staff shortages but employees need to remember what keeps the business running is the customers. So give use good attitude even in unfavorable situations and most will be ok with the unexpected situation. Furthermore whoever is the GM manager of that location they need to be aware of the poor staff support and make some changes to not put staff in a situation to bare that much pressure as if they were management. read more

My favorite truck stop on the way to El Paso. Definitely a nice place for your 30 minute lunch. Always parking in spill over lots for us Doubles drivers. Cashiers are nice and friendly, something you won't get in Lordsburg. Usually a nitemare to get in a fuel island. A lot of guys tend to not pull up after fueling. This Love's has wireless internet, overnight parking, and showers! I love coming to these stores, because it's almost like a mini Walmart. They usually have what you need. I even found audio books in many titles here. These are great for those hours on end drives. They have a Chester's and a Subway restaurant here.
