I do not know how things are on the inside, because I have only gone here for gas. Pumps are good and a few of them are good for motorcycles - pumps are ease to control to fill up a smaller tank. I have had not issues with pay for or getting my receipt like the previous rater (Raul). For those of you with cars they do have a car wash you can pay for at the pump.

No warning, no conversation, nothing. Just attitude and rudeness like he owned the place. When my boyfriend calmly asked why, Isaac kept repeating "because I said so." That is not how you treat customers, especially people who come in every day on long hauls. We both felt uncomfortable and disrespected, and the fact that nobody else stepped in to explain anything made it even worse. If this is how they handle guests, I'm honestly shocked the place is still running. Pilot needs to retrain their staff immediately because this was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
